McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Rolling Meadows - 1775 W Algonquin Rd, USA

We waited for our order for 20 minutes, even the people who ordered after us received their order first. Even Delivery took orders. Then at the end the workers deigned to give us our order. and then after I asked what about our order. I will never come to this McDonald's again.

I've been a regular at this particular McDonald's since July 2017, and I must say, it's been consistently well managed. The food is always fresh, and the fountain drinks never taste off or flat. The staff are incredibly friendly and forgiving – they once even overlooked a mistake I made with my drink order and kindly exchanged it for the one I meant to get. While there is another McDonald's location closer to my home, I always go the extra distance to come here because I know exactly what to expect, and it has never disappointed me in the past six years. Keep up the good work!

Extremely poor service. One if the workers kept staring at me creepily. Assumed i spoke spanish and kept laughing with his workers pointing at me. It took them almost 20 minutes to bring me the food. Never ever coming back.

I have been to this McDonalds location several times and I have never been disappointed the the service. The food is standard McD’s and has always been served warm and fresh during my visits (unlike the terrible Rolling Meadows location off Kirchoff Rd). And, the employees are nice and helpful (again, unlike that other location). I used their mobile app and I got a free happy meal for the kids and they somehow knew who I was: “is this Brian?”... yes...yes it is. In conclusion, 5stars from me for this McD’s.

Just got home from the drive thru after asking the employee at the window if all my food was in the bag before leaving and of course I’m missing a full meal. Extremely annoyed and not in the mood to call or go back to the restaurant tonight.

I was eating my big mac even though it was a little soggy, enjoying my fries while there was the worker that took my order sweeping around. His name was angel and he was friendly he even winked at me and smiled . It made my day

This location keeps closing early. If I could give it zero Stars I would. If he going to leave early at least put a sign on your door or something.

It's. McDonald's, they have everything you expect. Being on the south side of Algonquin Rd (Rt. 62) can make it a challenge to get in or out 😕. They use to have a nice kids playland, it's gone. I do not like the order by tuch screen. Heck if your going to make me order my own food, clean the tables. I've stopped going in, just get the drive thru. If your in the mood for fast (fat) food knock your self out. I was disappointed 😞 a ice cream cone 🍦 cost over $3. WTH.
