McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Whittier - 11529 Washington Blvd, USA

Came last night they forgot my triple cheese burger 10piece nuggets and a Big Mac. Fries where not hot out the bag either. I went back the girl gave me a 10 piece and triple cheese burger but said the big Mac was given which it wasn't but it was freezing last night I wanted to go home and just left. I ordered 3 only got 2 took the loss wasn't gonna argue. Double check your order here

You go to the drive thru because it's supposed to be quicker, we just sat there no movement at all. Even my son with autism asked if we can go to another McDonald's. If there is an issue how about going outside and letting us know.

Salty I mean salty fries . You couldn't even dust the salt off it was on them heavy . And their drinks sprit mainly has no carbon in it . Tht suppose to be check n refilled

Over the past few months, everytime I order inside my order takes over ten minutes. Even if the order is ready. The employees refuse to make the effort of giving food to the customers in the restaurant. Many orders sit behind the cash register. I don't know how this Mc Donalds is able to represent Mc Donalds. I used to work for Mc Donalds and I know the effort it takes to be part of the team. This restaurant needs to train the employees and have oversight.

I ask for a medium sweet tea and got plain tea and used my free fries friday they were hard and had no salt on fresh this was in the drive thru long line slow service the casher was nice and the young man was slow but nice

Just got done going to this McDonald's. Service was horrible. The guy at the pickup window was acting like he didn't even want to be there. The guy taking the orders was either hard of hearing. The guy in front of me had to repeat his order four times. Ice coffee. Really? I had to repeat mine three times. Plus found hair on top of my Soda lid. Won't be going back here any time soon 👎👎

I went through the drive through and got my order wrong 😕 I waited 15 min to get a simple order. Bad service 👎

Fast, professional service. Quality of food is consistent and tasty. Staff is friendly and respectful. Items are fairly priced. 10/8/23. I waited several months to post this update as I wanted to give this particular restaurant a fair chance to recover thinking it was just going through a rough patch. This whittier site is in dire need of a knowledgeable store manager. The orders now are mostly wrong with upset customers experiencing long waits and others having to come inside after going through drive through. All the original staff that were there when I first posted and had been working for at least a couple or more years are gone. Now I see new trainees on every visit and a few seem lost and others not fully trained. You need to double check your order each visit because either eating utensils or pancake syrup and even food is missing from the order. I have to change my star rating from 5 to 2. The bad part is that the entire McDonald's franchise chain is going through the same trouble as far as I can see.
