McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in City of Industry - 17951 Colima Rd, USA

Came here for coffee. ☕️ They are one of the Mickie D’s locations with more modern coffee machines; which brews fresh coffee individually!! ☺️🙏 The coffee here definitely tastes smooth. Way better than at some other Mickie D’s locations. Another plus is attentive and friendly staff that smile at you.

Placed a mobile order at 9pm on a Monday. Went through the drive thru for pick up. Was asked to pull to the side. Waiting 15 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and fries. And they couldn't even be bothered to include ketchup packets. These are the same people demanding $25 an hour? Bring on the robots. At least robots will have enough common sense to include ketchup with an order of fries.

I got the cookies and creme pie here, because they offer it here. It was alright, wouldn't order it again. Was a good late night snack. I also got the strawberry banana smoothie and this one was not a hit. It wasn't cold or blended with ice. I didn't mind it.

This McDonald’s has very friendly start and great food

In general, the restaurant is clean and the food is good, but don't feel welcome. Counter service is SLOW or NONE that takes a back seat to drive-thru orders. A long wait for any drink refill, as if we were begging. The self-service drink fountain is "permanently" turned off, and the restrooms are locked so that need a staff walks over to open the restroom door. I rather go to another nearby McDonald's.

Location: Good, Parking: Okay, Service: Decent, Kids play area : Nice, Overall: First time try and it seems pretty decent for a McDonald's. The inside was pretty clean and service seemed better than some. I would stop by for breakfast again if in the area. 3.5 stars...

So far one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Great service, employees are friendly and have the best attitude. So far no problems with my orders, they always get it right.

Good old McDonald’s we had to wait a little bit 10 minutes through the drive-through. Their screens went down. They stated we’ve been here many many times since I can remember.
