Jan.5, 2024-I happened to stop by this McDonald’s Narcoossee restaurant for a quick bite before jumping back on 528.
My time is limited but I just had to do this review about how clean the restaurant was. It’s about 3:30 in the evening and I just couldn’t walk out without pointing it out to the manager (Brianna) who is super sweet and professional.
Brianna you’re a testament to what a manager of a restaurant chain should be.

Location isn’t awful. The drive thru allows for petty competition among patrons. This should be fixed if possible. The food was on par with other McDonald’s. Not too much to say.
Ordered via the app which is great with the discount.
Pulled around to #1. Forgot the fries but it was an easy fix. The young lady delivering to the car was super nice.
This location closes their doors an hour early. I want to go here for lunch at night but because they won't take my order, I have to go somewhere else. I won't come back for breakfast or any other meals from now on. What's the point of saying you close at 2 when you lock the doors an hour before that? Change your operation hours to 1AM closing.
The manager was rude .. 😞..
In the drive thru .. order for mocha frappe no vibe cream .. i ask for vibe cream by the side in the cup for my Baby dog 🐕 as a pop cup .. she abused my dog refused to give me.. so Rudely telling me do whatever you can ..refused to give her name .. Abused my dog is more painful than anything else 😭
In recent years, McDonald's seems to have lost its charm as a company. The quality of their food has noticeably declined, and I can't help but attribute it to corporate greed. The food just doesn't taste as good as it once did. Sadly, this decline appears to be widespread across the country, and my experience at this particular location was no exception. After being a loyal customer for a significant part of my life, I have come to a firm decision that this visit will be my last time in a McDonald's.
This will be my last day buying from McDonald’s every single time I get nasty cold/stale fries taste like old grease nasty af and let’s not talk about the burger I ordered ether cause that was nasty and the greasiest thing I have ever eaten patty tasted like they have never cleaned the grill a day of its life just absolutely disgusting food I miss the good old days where their was quality food this is just pathetic you work hard bust your butt to pay for your meals and you get absolute dog food matter fact not even my Dog would eat that just a sad excuse of a fast food restaurant no quality at all done spending money in places like this

Love Arby's best roast beef. There french dip and jalapenos stuffed are awesome ð. If you love roast beef like I do then try the big roast beef with Arby's sauce and horseradish sauce yum yum ð
