McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Millbrae - 1101 El Camino Real, USA

The people who work here are extremely friendly and nice! however McDonald's has become way too expensive these days. better to go to a local fast food spot.

Good McDonalds with a drive-thru, and good food. We went inside and ordered there. The food was worth the money and it was a lot compared to Europe.

I called today to make an employment verification but the manger Karina Vazquez refuse to provide me with the informacion and denied to provide the HR or headquarters telephone numbers. My law they need to answer at least 3 question and she denied the information. McDonalds need to have better training for managers or get new competent ones, with better customer service.

Most customers used the Drive-through. We dined in. The food was brought to us. The McMuffin with sausage and eggs was a little dry. No homeless people around. The atmosphere was ok.

Great location and ample parking, however the quality and staff leave things to be desired. We asked for a land/air/ sea and the guy said he couldnt make one. So we asked if they had Mcchicken, fish filet, and big macs? He said yes, but still wouldnt sell it to us. We came back 2 days later and they magically had it. A second case is the quarter pounder tasted burned and awful. Please improve!

The only problem I have with this place is that I have to go back all the time over and over and over again because the people at the window where they give you the food don't check to see that it says diet so I get these drinks all the time that are pure sugar and then I leave a drink some of it I have to come back by this time my blood sugar is 300 and you know I mean it's not good it's unhealthy. Between my wife my daughter and myself we added it up with our bank that we spend anywhere from 3000 to $4,000 a year combined at this place. Because lately I've been asking for two to three cups of ice with my meals and my drinks- the iced coffee and ice T's the ice melt so quick- I was told that I am only limited to one cup of ice per meal or purchase. It's a little cup of ice and the miniature come on move since they open the place the owner I've known since he was a little girl working for her father who owned the place let these type of things happen. So we've taken it on ourselves to go out of our way and go to other stores instead of buying stuff at this McDonald's any longer. I mean everything is gone up in price and we're low income people and we Faithfully go to this location over 50 years. Well no longer are we going to tolerate this people need to boycott this type of establishment if they don't care about their long-term customers. I hope other people follow suit.
