We chose MCCI as our Laserfiche VAR over several other companies and could not be happier with our choice. In the four plus years we have been with MCCI, they have helped streamline many of our business processes, including AP, Contracts, and moving documents from our remote locations to our home office. Prior to our Laserfiche installation, we had paperwork coming in from almost 100 remote locations that could take a week or more to get to the main office. Once at the office it would have to be checked in, reviewed, and filed. With Laserfiche and MCCI’s help paperwork flows automatically into the office from the remote locations, is checked in by the system and is ready for review within minutes of being scanned at the remote location. When we need a document we no longer have to dig through boxes of paper, we just make a few simple mouse clicks and the document is presented to the user on their computer monitor. MCCI’s knowledge of our industry has been a tremendous asset in helping to design solutions that work for us. MCCI’s staff are not just experts on Laserfiche but also on other products that integrate with Laserfiche. This has been one of the key reasons that we have been able to eliminate many four drawer file cabinets filled with paper documents, and reduce many hours of filing. They have also helped us integrate other products that work with Laserfiche into our environment including ABBYY FlexiCapture to help with our A/P process, and Ratchet-X to help pull data from our other third party software into Laserfiche. Our accounting and auditing staff love the ability to easily find documents and tie them out to the A/P, banking, and other systems. With the documents being available almost immediately we are able to stay on top of potential issues and get them resolved before they become major problems. MCCI has a dedicated and knowledgeable support staff that has always been there to help us in a timely fashion. Great technical knowledge is not helpful if you have to wait days to get the help you need. MCCI has always been quick to respond to any support requests we have had, usually within an hour or two, and get us the answers we need to solve our problem and get us back up and running. In a recent issue with a piece of third party software MCCI went above and beyond as our advocate to help get the issue resolved and us back up and working. They continued to work with the vendor to ensure the issue was resolved permanently and would not happen again to us or any other clients. Customer support is currently one of MCCI’s strong suits. I am very happy with MCCI as a VAR and would recommend them to anyone looking for a partner to help with a Laserfiche installation and configuration. Bob Pierce I.T. Director Forward Corporation

A Typical Workday and About Our Workplace Culture: We're generally asked to be here 8-5, a pretty standard workday. Our bosses are flexible with our work-life balance if we need to schedule a doctor appt or handle a personal errand during the week. Most of our team travels more than 50% of the time because our clients span the United States. We are trusted to get the job done and to do it well. If you don't perform well, you won't be here long. MCCi thrives with team members that treat their jobs with an entreprenuerial mindset. Company Benefits and Culture: MCCi offers a really great benefits package. The management team is eager to make this a great place to work, while remaining laser-focused on the success of our clients and our company. Our HR Director adds a sprinkle of fun each month with our birthday celebrations and actvities, like the chili cook-off and Valentine's goodies. Toughest and Best Parts of My Job: The toughest part, just like any job, there's always more that needs to be done and time crunches can put the pressure on. Knowing how to manage that stress is important. They have an onsite gym for us to work out the stress and a nice breakroom to gather and eat when you stay at the office for lunch. The best part about my job is, although it's highly collaborative to help the company reach their objectives, I am able to have plenty of quite time to plug away at projects without being covered up by meetings. I'm held accountable for my performance and work well with my supervisor and others. Our team learns from each other and we are uber supportive. I like that a lot. Tips for People Looking for a Career Change: MCCi is a great company to work for if you're passionate about technology and helping organizations improve their business processes. More than half our organization is comprised of a highly-experienced Sales and Sales Support Team, Project Managers, Developers, IT Staff, Scanning Team Members, Management and Marketing - and they are all badasses. Our team also has a funny sense of humor - which makes the work days even better!

Poor managerial services.. Yesterday I spoke to Jennifer as an initial interview and we had an interview set up for 8/20/19. Then today I receive an email the following day to tell me that they had hired someone internally and will not be interviewing me. Very disappointed in the way they handle their hiring, a professional company would interview all candidates prior to notifying the applicants whether the have chosen another person for the opportunity or if they are moving forward with them.

Do not use these folks. We have a product that doesn't work well. Engineers and team members don't care. The best part was their own terrible software caused their bill to be missed for payment. Just a terrible experience. Technical support has to correct engineering mistakes. We will not be adding on to the software as intended.
