Installation team were very professional and customer oriented. They went about their job/plan without disturbing me and did a fabulous in no time at all. I had to ask if they were doing another Installation today.

It was one of the best experiences I have had for such a major purchase. The representative was knowledgeable and calm. No pressure sales tactics. I was presented with several choices and left to make my own decisions. Also, the installation of the furnace and central air unit went smoothly and expeditiously. A big shout out to Josh Biehl!

Techs were great. Professional. Knew their jobs. Couple issues arose due to the location of heat pump in a closet on the balcony. Techs made adjustments and got the job done. Very happy with their work ethic and patience. Will definitely be using McCarthy again.

This was perfect. Came on same day. Didn’t try to push anything with large repairs immediately and set me up with a consult to make good decisions on the future of our heating and cooling unit. Found them online with great reviews. Had an inspection, literally the same day with a quoted price. I forgot the guy that came here for the inspection and quoted price but he was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me. The two technicians, Kenny Pham and Walter Grady came over literally the next day and installed it within a few hours. They have a 10 year warranty or something like that. I had called three other places before them and settled with them because their price was very competitive and they was willing to work with me. My old AC unit was over 20 years old and was running on old Freon, but this new AC unit run on the new type of Freon and wow, it cools the house fast and it’s so energy efficient. This new AC unit allows me to connect through Nest and control it online and has a lot of features and it cools the house so much faster! They have great pricing, guaranteed and the two technicians are very professional and did a great job explaining everything. I recommended them to my neighbors and friends! Call and ask, they are willing to work with you!

Alexander was the only technician that was able to determine the issue with our heating & air condition system. He is an exceptional expert in this business and a true professional. McCarthy Services always provide excellent service. They installed my HVAC few years ago & has been maintaining it since then. They have the best staff from customer service to the service associate. Armani is very pleasant, professional, respectful, knowledgeable & did a very thorough maintenance work. Seniors like me very much appreciate young workers like Armani.
