McAlister's Deli - Sandwich shop in Norman - 1924 24th Ave NW H-1, USA

Ordered a Reuben sandwich with a side of fruit. I also got a cup of chili. Both were delivered quickly. The chili was nice and hot and tasted really good. The Reuben sandwich was good but the sauerkraut in the sandwich was not drained and the bread underneath was soaked and falling apart. The sandwich was still delicious but messy. The side fruit was fresh and tasty. I think it was the manager that came by and was friendly, picked up my dishes, and asked if I wanted more tea. Overall I enjoyed dining here.

My daughter eats here alot but last week was my 1st time so we dined in. Great place to wat. Busy busy location but they were quick. Very polite clean chill atmosphere. I love salads and you can't really find a good salad these days in Norman but I ordered one here and OMG that was the BEST salad I've had in a long time. I will DEFINITELY be bac for another salad lol. Ordered a ham and chz melt as well and it was soooo yummy. Excited to see how good all the items are on the menu. Thank you guys for a great 1st experience and an amazing salad

Fantastic. Everything we had here was delicious. Service was good and the food was fresh and prepared nicely. Highly recommend and of course the tea was amazing.

I visited this McAlister's location to grab lunch and take advantage of an in-app special offer.. I selected a Choose Two with a customized half club (no Swiss or honey mustard and white versus wheat bread) and a cup of chili as my selections.. I placed my order in the app for tableside service.. The estimated wait time was 12 minutes, and my fresh food arrived tableside in under 10.. The club was fresh.. The deli meats and tomato were nice and cool/cold as they should be for this sandwich, and the bread was perfectly toasted.. I enjoy that the mayo wasn't heavily applied, which allowed for a great balance of flavor between the meats, cheese, and the crisp veggies.. The chili was served hot and delivered the taste I've come to expect from years of enjoying it at McAlister's locations across several states.. All in all, it was a great visit.. Housekeeping was a little lacking, but that's par for the course for most fast and fast casual restaurants these days.. It won't keep me from revisiting this location in the future..

The Reuben sandwich was delicious. The restaurant was impeccable. Cleaned up from top to bottom. It looks brand new. Very good iced tea.

I ate at this McAlister's Deli location about one year ago and enjoyed a pleasant meal. The Veggie Spud put a fun twist on the loaded baked potato concept. The RO*TEL cheese sauce gave it all a delicious finishing touch (ask for extra!). The BLT did its job nicely--a timeless blend of applewood smoked bacon, spring mix, tomato, avocado and herb mayo on country white bread, toasted. The luncheon portions left me satisfied but not stuffed, which is what I look for in an afternoon meal.

I asked if I could get half a salad and half a sandwich. It stated on the menu above that it was $9 something. And she told me I could pick any salad. So I did. But then when I sat down I was looking at my receipt and I was charged a $1.25 twice. For I'm not sure what. But I do think she should have told me it would be extra for the salad I choose.

Came in today and had an awesome experience. Dillon took care of us. His customer service was awesome!
