The new owners have stepped it up. They have way better service and food compared last year. They made our stay very nice and are great people. Thanks again Bernadette for your kindness. And the beds in the lake cabin are way better. Just an all out welcome from all of them.

So happy to say the place is back to being a WONDERFUL oasis. A must stop. Paul has done a service to the community.

The quality of food is spot on for the Lodge Experience. The view of the lake is outstanding, the music outstanding. The rooms are cleaned daily. Stop by , enjoy some fine dining, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, look for a float plane, or many boaters out on the water.. #thelodgeatmacgregorlake

New owners Paul and Bernadette are awesome! Very friendly staff and Dakota doesn't disappoint in the kitchen. If you haven't been in since new ownership took over, it's definitely worth the stop.

Had a great time here! Their steak special was only $20 for a massive plate on Saturday night. Met the owners and they are sweet people. Very relaxed atmosphere and good vibes here.

The wife and I have just had a meal at McGregor Lake Resort and the experience was the worst! I never write reviews but I just had to express our displeasure of the experience we had there this afternoon! We are Flathead Valley residents and have been stopping in there for years and have never had a bad experience. They were always friendly and their burgers were top notch! Not this time!! The service was worse than terrible...... It just didn't exist!! And our burgers and fries were awful!! We so understand how hard of a time businesses are having getting and keeping good help, but my gosh, there is just no excuse for what happened to us this afternoon! The place has really changed for the worse since we were their last! I sure hope they get it figured out and return good. we wont be going back....not for a good long time anyway!

Gorgeous dry cabins outfitted with *plenty* of firewood and a potbelly for warming. Lodge has a restaurant and bar with horseshoe pits in the back. Do they call em' Elk shoes here in MT? Pro-tip:: BYO axe for chopping logs into kindling if staying 2 nights, particularly when trying to impress a lady! Unless...... you're a cowgirl, then of course you brought your own!
