I was having a big issue with my laptop and called up for help and was incredibly impressed! The person I talked to told me the truth— that they could help but that since my computer is under warranty that it’ll be better for me to go to the seller and get it fixed or get a new one there even though that means they didn’t get me as a sale! Highly recommend!!! They really just want to help, even if that means they don’t make money off of you.

Just had Mark fix an interface issue between Outlook and Google. He did it in under an hour, via remote. Just plain outstanding! Strongly recommend him. Skilled, patient with non-skilled (me). A pleasure to work with!
