Maywood Inn - Hotel in Maywood - 5445 S Atlantic Blvd, USA

Rooms were really clean sheets & pillows smelled good and clean. Price was reasonable better than some low end hotels near by. Room service lady should get a raise based on reviews & performance. Cleanliness is what really keeps customers coming back. I would stay in this hotel again which will probably be soon, since I travel to LA often.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The room had a persistent bad smell, there were hairs in the bathroom, and I encountered cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortably small. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Clean place. We Go back to this place. Even when it is a simple Hotel. It is very very clean and has good showers. Also because It bring us back great memories for me and my hubby. Money we'll spent here

Check in was very easy, the room we got had a jacuzzi tub which was very comfortable and clean. Room was sanitized and clean. Would definitely rent here again.

The rooms have just been renovated, clean and comfortable. Besides English, the service staff are of Spanish and Chinese descent, so both Spanish and Chinese are spoken. Nearby residential areas and fast food restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This was the most horrible experience ever. We were so disappointed as soon as we walked in but decided to stay to give it a try but oh boy were we e wrong?! The room as outdated and looked dirty. The bathroom did not look clean either. There were no shower doors and they only put two pillows in a queen bed and if you needed more you had to go get them yourself at the “housekeeping ofc” on the second floor. The towels were very old and looked grayish. We asked the housekeeper in the morning not to clean our room and she understood and said she wouldn’t clean it but when we came back at night we found that they still had came into the room and had left the curtain AND window open plus they had turned off A/C!!!!!!!When we called the front desk they couldn’t explain why it was like that and offered no help. Needless to say, we couldn’t sleep that whole night thinking what could’ve happened if we had stayed in the first floor and someone had walked right into the room through the window and couldn’t even imagine how hot the room could’ve gotten with the window opened had it been summertime.We left the next day at 6:00am. This is definitely the most horrible hotel we have stayed at.

I immediately checked out. The room had a slight odor when I walked in. The floors feel cheap and the room looks very gloomy. There is no fridge and no mirror in the room. No phone in the room either. The front desk were professional and kind of enough to give me an instant refund when I asked. It's in a great area with tons of shops, stores, places to eat and on a main street and by the I-5 fwy. It's in a great location. It just wasn't for me. Ps. There's is a Travelodge down the street on Atlantic. Go there.
