Just finished my first class here and it was awesome. Staff was welcoming and motivating. The 45min class went by super quick.
I had done a good amount of karate when I was younger but I haven't done that in years and this was my first boxing class ever so I was incredibly nervous to go but I am so glad I did. I was so worried about other people judging me since it was my first class but everyone is so nice and you're all there for the same reason so there was nothing to worry about. Highly recommend. Booking more classes already!
Friendly team with a professional set up. I was surprised by how varied the class was in terms of ability, gender, age. It made for a really fun experience, with everyone pushing towards the same goal. Work up a proper sweat and get healthier!

Doesn’t feel like a dreaded workout.. I naturally push myself super hard bc it’s just SO MUCH FUN. I always end up drenched in sweat and feeling accomplished! Coach is motivating and music is killer. I always look forward to class. My physical and mental health has drastically improved since joining.
Love the workouts! Coach J is great! Upped my membership to twice a week since it is such a good experience and work out.
I had an incredible experience at this boxing gym! The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I learned so much. I Highly recommend!
The class is so invigorating. Coach J is full of energy and motivates everyone in the space. This is the first time that I have felt compelled to complete a workout routine.
The staff members are also very warm and never ahy away from assisting me or other participants when we are struggling with our workout. I truly enjoy my experience each time I vist!
Great setup, encouraging staff, and incredible workout. I definitely recommend for any beginners in boxing who also wanna improve their stamina

Tikka Masala food was okay and not as per the standard, and we had an issue where we had to return a few items for change. But the service was awesome, as always.
Not pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. Room #1 smelled of fish even tho staff left the window open I guess to air it out before we arrived so we had to go get febreeze and glade plug ins. There were stains on the curtains and sofa. Also th
