We enjoyed our overnight stay here and would recommend to anyone! Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed (even a nice TV). We do wish the bathroom had had more light (it was quite dark) and that there were hooks on the walls to hang our stuff. The breakfast was tasty, although the portions weren’t super big, but we enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly kind and catered to our needs with genuine hospitality.

We stayed in The Signal Mountain room on the 3rd floor of the Mayor’s Mansion Inn on Saturday night. We were warmly welcomed by Riley and appreciated her guiding us through the mansion and to our room, which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I also really appreciated the fans because I use them at home and forgotten mine. I slept very well. The peppermint candy in the dish on the vanity was a thoughtful touch in our room and made my husband happy. ||There were refreshments set out in a couple of common areas of the mansion and the cookies were delicious. We were grateful for the chilled beverages because I had also forgotten my little cooler at home and it was quite warm outside while we visited. I enjoyed having a cold drink while sitting outside on the beautiful front porch. Speaking of the common areas, they are all so lovely! We had fun with the chess set in the parlor. ||Breakfast was presented beautifully in the dining room on Sunday morning and the orange muffin is magical! The Mayor’s Mansion Inn is a very special place and I would love to come back. Thank you for reading.

Great end of summer experience on 8/4/22. I booked the Watkins room. I wasa late arrival (11:45 PM), so I called the on-call residence guide. Restful clean room with immaculate bathroom and comfortable bed. Room temperature was comfortable; breakfast service was great. They had a solid dine-in offering with to-go options as well if I remember right. They also had a drink fridge open to guests that had water and some popular soft drinks such as Coca Cola. There was an additional lobby restroom in the lobby area if you had colleagues over for breakfast and preferred they not enter your room. Historical area of town; wasn’t too busy, though it was summer before a nearby college (UTC) came back in session. Not sure if that would affect busyness. Great overall experience. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We had a wonderful stay the Mayors Mansion Inn for a 64th Wedding Anniversary for my in-laws! The historic home was impeccably clean both inside and out. Both of our rooms (The Watkins Room - the only room downstairs and The Chickamauga Suite on the 2nd floor) were tastefully decorated with antique furnishings! The bathrooms for each room were in-suite and spacious with high end amenities. Both couples slept exceptionally well in King Sized beds with comfortable bedding! Breakfast was also enjoyed by all, with 4 small courses served by a charming Host! The breakfast consisted of yogurt cups with blueberry, an apple scone, 3 small ham, bacon and cheese quiches topped with a yummy hollandaise sauce and fruit cup to end! It may not sound like a lot but believe me we were all well satisfied! Of course, we were also served all of the coffee and juice you would need! I also requested the Silver Package which included a bottle of wine for each room, Chocolate Covered Strawberries as well as passage on the Sunset Cruise of the Southern Belle Riverboat where we were served 2 Charcuterie Boards (which were part of the package deal)! We even had time to enjoy a beautiful evening on the front veranda drinking our wine and eating our chocolate covered strawberries! All in all, we had a wonderful visit, enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay at The Mayors Mansion again if in the area!

What a wonderful wonderful stay we had! We were guests of this very beautiful bed and breakfast from Friday until Monday. We paid $817 and it was worth every dollar! Sabrina and Daniel are excellent hosts! It was very clean. The beds are comfy as were the pillows. Breakfast was top notch and plentiful. Our room was perfect! We highly suggest staying here vs a hotel. We look forward to returning! Thanks so much for a lovely visit!

This is the most charming stay! The room and design were authentic and it was like being a guest in someone’s beautiful home! It felt like we were stepping back in time with all the finest amenities..fresh coffee at the end of the hall first thing in the morning, quaint bathroom and amazing hardwood floors. The beds were incredibly comfortable and my daughter and I think they are the most comfy pillows we’ve had away from home! Will definitely be back.

Mayor’s Mansion Inn uplifts a strategic location with great attention to detail. This Victorian home is not only beautifully preserved and highly capable (instant hot water, effective cooling, generous amenities), it includes memorable breakfasts and a gracious staff. Both Daniel and Sabrina were convivial hosts, packed with local knowledge. And, at the eastern edge of the UTC campus, it’s a 5 min drive from Aquarium Plaza, the Bluff View Art District, and even Warehouse Row. Our highly-satisfying stay found both great atmospherics and fine interactions. We would happily repeat a visit, and hope to do so soon

In the historic district which we liked. Very beautiful well maintained and clean home. We enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was good with many courses. Cake and lemon water set out for guests in the evening when we got there. Sabrina and Daniel very nice. We would recommend place and stay again.
