Beautiful little peaceful park. Had a picnic under a shade tree and enjoyed taking mom for a little stroll on the path. Saw a few people with dogs and felt so relaxed.
Neat, but somewhat hard to find, little park. It has a restroom building, parking lot, and a (very) small playground (single play structure, no swings). Park is mostly natural landscaping with rolling hills, a few seating areas, and a couple of picnic tables. There is a winding little pathway that meanders over a dry creek feature (with little wooden bridges fording the creek). Park has a couple of small "overlooks" but you really can't see much from either. Surprisingly pleasant given how close it is to the freeway (which you can see from about anywhere in the park)
This is one of my favorite parks. It's a small piece of paradise. It's lush with cool paths and bridges. It's a nice no flame picnic park, so bring anything you want to eat precooked and a picnic blanket. There are some tables, but they've been taken when I've arrived. Make sure you take all your trash and belongings to keep the park beatiful.
This used to be a nice, quiet spot, but it's always overcrowded now. Beautiful open space, but minimal seating and minimal parking.
Super cozy park!
Cleland Park is a great place for kids and families. The playground is newly renovated and the field is now open with soccer goals and sports supplies. Dogs must be on leash at all times in the field.
Would not bring small children or dogs here. they seem to have a snake problem. There is a cutie little sign warning of snakes but take it serous. The first time coming here me and my four year old found a southern pacific rattlesnake just off the path next to one of the bridges in the middle of the park. It was pretty close to the play set area which is protected by wood chips, so an easy place for a snake to hide out in. If not for the it would be a really nice park.
The park is one of Glendale's more hidden spots. Although you will run into people it won't be so many. Often it's a popular place for a little picnic with some wine and cheese and a great person. Also I took my new truck for a spin there.

A little historic piece of Glendale hidden in this community park though not much to see greenery wise there is plenty of history to be seen in the old home in the back and the bell and tree pictured inside.
This is a clean and well kept park if you need a place to take kids to left out some energy. One thing that is nice about this park is the amount of shade it has which is nice and helps keep the playground equipment cool.
