Beautifully decorated, spacious and inviting. The menu is tasteful and appealing and service is attentive and friendly. My only advice: if you are hungry, get a sandwich. If less hungry, get a salad or a bowl. My sweet potatoes bowl was high quality but a little small for super hungry me:)))
An elegant dining experience while keeping with the essence of the historic Capital Hotel. Staff was very friendly and cordial. Our waitress went out of her way to guide me through some gluten free options. I took the sriracha burger special and it was excellent. My wife and cousin had a scallop entree that was delicious. If you’re looking to upscale your dining experience here’s the place to go.
Awesome little restaurant and bar with an outrageously creative menu. Went for cocktails and appetizers. Had the Arancini and drinks for the table. Ordered all of the seasonal cocktails that we could manage. Lol! The photo is the gin and fig, which was fabulous. Also enjoyed the espresso martini. The perfect espresso martini!
We dined at the previous location in the past, and this new location has a much better atmosphere. Coffee was excellent. Our server was the barista and made great recommendations. She knows coffee! Service was friendly and reasonably quick. The eggs benedict was delicious. There are few restaurants in the area that know how to present food like this.
Beautiful, quaint little restaurant with a '20's vibe. Breakfast was very good. The menu was interesting but seemed to have something for everyone with some unusual dishes. Probably wouldn't be popular with kids. Recommend it if you need a change from usual breakfast fare.
Great atmosphere on the square in Hollidaysburg! If you’re looking for a local restaurant with a more upscale feel and unique food offerings, this is your place. Food was excellent, service was great, cocktails were unique and very good, and overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend for a nice dinner date. Will be back for breakfast soon!
Great breakfast in the burg! Back in town for a family visit. Took my wheelchair bound Aunt there and we had a fabulous breakfast! Eggs Benny bowl, Breakfast Sandwiches, and the baked oatmeal - yummy! The high ceilings although a cool spot is a bit noisy but very charming.
I recently used the Mayfield to cater a baby shower and we're so pleased we did have them cater. Madalyn, the owner and chef, was accommodating and quick to respond. The food was delivered right on time, hot, and most of all, very delicious! Highly recommend.
A very small, yet cute park. Short trails with a branch going to a creek overlook. Two pavilions, some interesting information, and public restrooms by the red barn. Easy access but limited parking. Not really for hiking but definitely for strolling
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated, with much light coming from the front windows on a cold and dark afternoon. The crepe centered menu is now a lot more diverse with scrumptious options, and the touch of the chef is notic
Six words: best Chinese food in the area. We got the general tsoâs chicken and the lo mein. The chicken was to die for! The lo mein was excellent. They were nice and willing to answer a lot of questions.
A great local bar. Down to earth, Cosy, great service and great food. Loved the BLT and the wings, plus, the fries are always delicious. Thursday night are trivia. Packed but with no impact on speed or quality. Quite fun, too. Awesome happy hour pric
The Service at Shan Nicole is just amazing. Everyone - from kitchen to bartender are always nice and seem to always have a smile on their face. They remember what I like to eat and drink which is so sweet. Surprisingly Inexpensive but great quality o
I always go there every Friday with my dad, and they're almost never busy and they don't take long to prepare their food. Staff is very friendly and food is always good. Usually what I get there is very good, especially their loaded potato soup and t
