Mayfair Motel - Motel in Pensacola - 4540 Mobile Hwy, USA

Run down, old as dirt. Rooms need to be completely remodeled and updated . Def needs pest control. Management is a bit harsh from years of chasing people out of there. The location is great. Especially if you are down on your luck without a car. Everything u might need is located all around the place. Price is about right for that establishment.

i took one look in the room and noped out. sat outside until i could find a friend to come pick me up. i got propositioned three times in the matter of 20 mins. that place should be condemned. they do not clean rooms. dead and live roaches in the bed and everywhere else. absolutely no working wifi, and no tv. floors were littered with hundreds of dead and live roaches, the walls were almost black, windows nailed shut. when checking in, the manager saw i was a single female on my own, and said "oh no give me that key that side of the motel is rough i will put you in a room on the other side" what the HELL?! why is this place open?!!?! an abandoned house is better than this place! i will be calling the health department ASAP. please, stay away!

I took a man with a walker, as a driver.. never met this man before, and told they would give him a room. After I helped him out of the van I was integrated by another man and told I can't just leave him there and who's idea was this...I was an hour late to my next appointment and had to leave and thought I was going to have to call the police because I felt like he was not going to let me leave!! I wouldn't take my dog to this nasty hell hole.

I just went to this motel to visit someone. The room was clean. The furniture seemed to be in good shape. I cant really say much more about it.

I was greeted by roaches when I walked into the room. I did not want to take my shoes off because the floors reeked of uncleanliness. I could see a murder taking place in this room. If there was an option for less than one star, I would select it! I digress on the filth and would like to point out it is cheap. That’s all I have nice to say about the establishment. I understand budget and all that hoopla, but this is my opinion. I normally do not write reviews, but someone had to hear me out!

Room was very unclean. Roaches greet you the moment the door is opened. I believe the bed was infested with bedbugs. No wonder the Indian woman at the front desk wouldn’t let me inspect the room before paying for the night. She was also very uninviting and rude to say the least. I could do stay in that room for 5 mins. never mind spend the night. May as well thrown $75.00 out the car window.

Great place to stay if you don't care about roaches climbing on you in your sleep. We planed on staying for 3 nights but at the start of night one we already knew the place didn't look clean but didn't really have a reason to leave yet into we lifted up the mattress to see 10 or so roaches just take off running. Ended up leaving and renting a uhaul and sleeping in the back 5/5 stars for that uhaul it was definitely 50 times better then that motel. Edit: We did end up leaving that first night and he did say we would receive a full refund ( still waiting for the money to come into the account) oh yea and the AC didn't blow very cold and the room didn't smell well and the floor was sticky. First photo is the bathroom wall. Seconded photo on the bath tub. Third photo is under the bed ( there was more roaches alot ran once we lifed the bed). Fourth photo is also under the bed.

I would rate zero but it's not an option. Roaches crawling the walls, strong mildew smell, crumbling furniture, no hot water, sink won't drain, bugs in the bed, won't clean or give out fresh sheets or towels if u stay more than one night. Worst motel ever!!
