This is a good restaurant, If you are not prepared to pay cash at a Chinese restaurant you have never payed for a meal from a Chinese restaurant. If you have one bad experience at a local business and put them on blast without giving them a second chance it just shows that you have never owned a small business or worked in a customer service position. I have been eating the food from Mayflower for years and it is overall consistent and very good. The majority of the reviews you see will attest to that. for everyone else... try to grow as a person and you will find every day will be less stressful and you may find the people you encounter are nicer as well.

I placed an order and told the person on the phone that I don’t consume meat. She assured me that all my dishes would be either vegetarian, with fish, and/or tofu. I was fine with this. When I brought the food home, I noticed the soup had chicken in it. I called the restaurant to see if I could bring the soup back and exchange it for another soup that did not have meat. The manager I spoke to claimed I never asked for no meat on my order and that if I wanted to exchange it, I would have to pay $1 extra for the different soup. It isn’t about the money, but rather the principle that this restaurant could have made it right if they offered it for an even exchange given the fact that I specified no meat on the phone and that I would drive back to the restaurant to exchange it. This was the first time and last time I will be ordering from May Flower. On top of all this, they do not accept any debit or credit cards, which makes it highly inconvenient for most people.

Literally the best Chinese food I have had in a very long time, if not ever. I wish I lived nearby because I would be coming back regularly. Very friendly, great service, and the best flavors that burst in your mouth. Alllllll the stars!

We hadn't ordered from here before, but will certainly do so again. I had the shrimp and lobster sauce, a favorite of mine, and it was impressive. The shrimp were plenty and HUGE - obviously freshly cooked, not frozen, DELICIOUS. If you're a shrimp lover, you know there's a difference if they're fresh! And 2 dinners with fried rice & egg roll - $21 - unheard of bargain these days!

The food is decent. Even though it is cash only and the ATM near the place charges a fee as well as your own financial institution. So you may pay a good amount in fees. I understand it is a given. But it still is not worth getting charged more in fees than what I bought. In my opinion. If you want to go here. Bring cash and make sure your food is correct before leaving.

Very nice service, clean and good food. I will be ordering all of my Chinese from here now 👍
