I love this park! In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful places in Hoboken. Good green esplanade, beach area with kayaking, playground. And also you can see some Canadian geese.

Gorgeous Park. The view of the New York Skyline is breathtaking. Great place for a late-night stroll or picnic. There are various benches to sit on and admire the view. Beautiful place to enjoy with family and friends. Would very much recommend it as a place to visit if you haven't done so already.
Always nice to visit this park. Good place to taje photos of nyc skyline. There is a kids park, dog park, ice cream shop (yogurt icecream) nearby. Summer time has special activities too. Like there was free kayaking today 06/25/2023

Hoboken has the best places to enjoy the magnificent New York Skyline and out of those Maxwell place is one of them. Its a really popular place in the summer for Kayaking, also remains crowded in the afternoon specially for running and cycling. The night view of Manhattan Skyline (Hudson Yards) is really breathtaking, one can sit there for hours to enjoy river time with that view.
Great park. Paddled there. Grabbed some grub and of course Amanda’s bananas ice cream which hit the spot to a perfect trip back to manhattan. Highly recommend. Great for easy safe swim. Cool down etc...
