When I found my accounts being logged into but not by me Anthony took so much time to help me secure my information lock out the person trying to gain access to my account and even took the time to give comforting and supportive words of encouragement and advice. Being a Maxwell IT customer is more like being a member of the Maxwell family. Thank you so much for all that all of you do.
Maxwell IT has great engineers and leadership, and cares about its customers. Anthony, their IT Director, is a phenomenal person, leader, and engineer. If you need IT support or have a complex project coming up, give them a call.

Words cannot express the disappointment and disgust I feel for Tracy Maxwell and her incompetent team. I hired them to take over my network and despite their assurances they violated the 3 laws of IT, which are: (1) don’t lose your customers data (2) make sure your customers down time is minimized with prompt action and response to issues, (3) never blame your customer or their precious IT company for network failures - you accept the client, you collect fees, you assume full responsibility for the network. My advice to anyone looking at Maxwell IT - do yourself a tremendous favor - run away as fast as you can. You’ll thank me.
