I actually considered the 40 minute commute here but the 2pm zoom offer actually meant more than an hour on hold so I moved on. Don't believe any interview or offer times. Heck even the government hates them but keeps them around for being the cheapest bidders.

Do not work here. After 8 years and several LOBs later and on my way to applying for a supervisor position, I was fired. I had perfect attendance and perfect compliance and had been working from home since the pandemic. But yet they hired a new supervisor who was gone more time than she had been there as a supervisor and I was fired after I complained about it.

They will litter. There is about 50 of theses on the ground all over where I live.

it was a good place I lived the trainers they were the best and looked out after you. Vut when you transferred to the other department to get the rest of you training there were 2 women who was entirely anti native American. And would do anything to force you to quit. But favored others who wasnt

I never worked there but my son did and boy what a joke of a place. But what do you expect when they are contracted out by our government. Good luck getting monies owed to you once you quit. No one there answers emails? And for being a call center yet none of the managers or HR has a phone number? There isn't even any contact nfo for the CEO, I find that all just a tad shady!

Not very sociable. Not very informative for someone who had never heard of them. Not very helpful for working around someone with a disability and only able to work so many hours. Never discussed what the pay per hour was, and if training was paid, considering that I would have to be driving from Topeka to Lawrence for 3 weeks 5 days a week.

I had the worst trainers on the planet. If Freya wasn't talking about her ex-husband or divorce, then it was Avery being overly dramatic about his life stories. No one else could talk in class, but we had to suffer threw their stories nobody cared about. They literally just read threw PowerPoints the entire 2 weeks of class. I was thrown to the wolves on the floor. I stayed and completed my "nesting", as I wanted the $400 bonus I was promised. After I quit, which I have the email saying my end date, I was never given my after nesting bonus nor did I receive my perfect attendance bonus for training. Very disappointed. This job is a joke, the trainers are a joke and don't expect any bonuses.

If there's anything wrong with your paycheck they don't acknowledge it until next pay period, pretty inconvenient when you are willing to work your shift but a mistake filling out your timecard will leave you penniless for the next few weeks. Doesn't matter if you have a family to feed or bills to pay, no accountability.
