HIPPA violations everywhere just to harrass their own employees, Reporting now!!

This is the worst workplace i've ever experienced. Don't work here if you have kids or doctor appointments or anything you would assume they would give you an accommodation for. They will write you up if you're more than 1 minute late and the trainers have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They also will not help you at all if you're trying to get a better understanding on a subject. Pay is great but I would rather get 12$ an hour than get ignored and disrespected everyday.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST company you could ever work for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will be punished for using the bathroom outside of the normal break hours. The trainers are terrible at teaching you the job, I taught myself everything that I learned there. The supervisors are extremely rude! This was the worst work experience I’ve ever had. Again DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME. This company should be sued for the illegal things they are doing!!!

There are pros and cons with every Job. I have been in the work force since i was 16 years old. Over 38 years of my life. Maximus by far is 1 of the best employers in the western NY area. They have many projects and a array of skill sets a person seeking employment can learn. The company has opportunities to be promoted as well as different positions in management. Maximus invest in improving their policies and training technology to help people excel at their jobs. Maximus is very diverse and very proactive in helping their employees succeed. They have an open door policy and are always open to our suggestions. My experience at Maximus has been priceless.

Worst call center experience in my life. Never worked for a company that show favoritism. Nobody cares about the employees. If u not sleeping with management, you are screwed. They don't care about your health. The micromanaging is ridiculous. I would not recommend this job for employment unless you are in an emergency situation. Once you get in, hurry up and get out. To have a job cause you health problems, that is a shame. DOH need to read these reviews and cut the contract.

If I could give it a negative score I would. This place is a joke. I was out on disability came back and was fired. They don't give enough PTO hours to take days off. And managers show favorites to ppl they are sleeping with. Only good this is helping those who need insurance...

The best thing about this place is the actual work you do, helping other people in need. Also the people that work there are really nice and even management is nice. Unfortunately the biggest problem there is their policies and micromanaging. Staying in compliance is difficult because it does not always follow common sense. You can't use the Internet, eat snacks, or even have a book at your cubical. Workers are monitored by people on foot with walkie talkies. If your just 1 minute in the wrong code, or late, they look for you. If you work nites, you can't leave until the que is empty. But aside from the horrible policies, the people and work are pretty cool.

Doing your job right actually gets you terminated and targeted!!! i was terminated almost a month later for no reason claiming its because of my background however i dont have fraud, strangest thing right?
