We use MAX Communications for all our networking needs. This includes CCTV and wi-fi access points. Ciara Stupp, Office Administrator, is fantastic and has always addressed our needs in a timely and efficient manner. Would highly recommend. UPDATE: February 17, 2023 Had a visit from MAX communications today to install security camera software on a new replacement computer for our Assistant CEO. Could not be happier! Gerry and Steve were awesome! PC was up and running in less than a hour. Nice job! Mike Foutz came in an emergency situation to troubleshoot one of our security camera DVRS that was down. Uninstalled the appliance and brought up to the vendor for repair. It was hosed. He returned with new DVR and worked diligently on getting all cameras reporting back to device and recording once again. Awesome job!
. We recently upgraded our phone system and store surveillance with Max Communications about a month ago. The install was very fast and clean and reasonably priced. Scott and his team are very professional and courteous. Our new phone system allows us to handle store calls off site on our cell phones, too. It’s a must have- especially since we opened a new store in the past couple months. Our customers can get in touch with us even when we are on the road!
