I've been reading some of these reviews here lately, not to good. I'm sorry for anyone who has been treated badly or experienced non professionalism at this location. We are now under new management, and we are here to serve this community. Please feel free to stop by anytime. I highly recommend Mavis Tire in Prairieville. It’s Memorial Day weekend and I had a last minute need to get my truck an alignment. I got there at 8:30am on a Sunday. Jason saw me sitting there waiting and approached at 8:45 to get me going early. I told him what I wanted and he expressed his concern for my vehicle as it was a lofted truck with big tires. We went over the concerns and possibility of not being able to get it done due to the size of the vehicle. Jason was able to get it done, and get it perfect. Before I left, he had their mechanic on duty double check to ensure the alignment was perfect in which it was! I can’t recommend Jason the crew enough at the prairieville location! Thorough and extremely fast for the work that was done!

Had a great experience. Went in thinking we had to get a new tire. After looking at the tire, they did a quick repair job which was very affordable. Great service. Would definitely come back.

This Mavis location is top down the best location. I started using them for business, and trusted them so much that I used them for my personal vehicle as well. Sarah, the manager, always makes sure that I have quick, professional, and quality service, and I can’t see myself taking my vehicles anywhere else . They only got 5stars because it won’t let me choose higher! If you want quality work AND excellent customer service, I highly recommend !

Antonio and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. We had a weird insurance claim and they did everything they could to get me set up. Highly suggest them for all of your tire needs!

Too bad I can't post a review without giving at least one star... On August 18, my daughter had a complete brake job performed at Mavis in Prairieville. On her way to Shreveport, the entire rear caliper assembly fell of off her car. She is very lucky that she was not in an accident and hurt. Though Mavis did pay to have her car towed to their shop and remedy their soddy work, you can see all of the dirty handprints left on the interior and exterior. This is the worst experience I have ever had in over forty years. The store manager and her supervisor Daniel were very unprofessional. Not only was my daughter put in GRAVE DANGER from their work, they did not offer anything to her for her inconvenience, trouble and loss of another day having to spend in at their shop again. They could have bought her lunch as she sat there, and cleaned her car from their dirty technicians, but they didn't. I would not recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: New management has reached out to me since this post and reimbursed me for some expenses that we incurred. Hopefully the new team will continue to value their customers.

The customer service at this location is some if the worst. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby. Eventually someone was coming from the garage area. When this younger female opened the door she didn't look in but continued a conversation with someone in the garage using very filthy language. When she finally came in to greet me, the customer, I let her know that I was there with a fleet vehicle and in need of service. She basically informed me that she had 3 other vehicles awaiting approval from the same fleet provider. I attempted to ask about an expected turn around and again she stated I have 3 other vehicles that I'm waiting on approval. I was so offended by that trashy conversation that I chose to not wait on anything. I could have left the vehicle and walked back to my office but, as the customer, I don't feel that this behavior is appropriate in ANY place of business. I won't use or recommend you location to any one personally or in our business who has a many fleet vehicles. I hope that management addresses this and takes it serious as I noted the empty parking lot and thought I would have a quick in & out service experience.

Mavis @ Prairieville did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Sara helped with quote, tire information, warranty information, and setting up the date. My husband and I was pleased with the fast service, and knowing they will continue to look after the tires and brakes that were needed is a huge help. So glad we were told to come by and my Toyota Highlander is riding like the first day I bought it.. Thanks Sara and the staff, they were great!
