I went in not knowing where to start. I hadn’t been shopping since I gained weight. I used to be a size 3/4 and I knew I was at least a 12 if not higher now. The women (every single one of them) pulled together and I walked out of there with 4 pairs of pants that fit me flawlessly and several tops that I didn’t feel gross in. Even though I ended up with size 16’s, and my heart was semi crushed, they continued to make me feel so beautiful in the clothes I chose. I walked out of there with over 300.00 worth of clothing knowing I’ll wear every bit of it. These women were so kind, helpful and went above and beyond. They made me feel seen. They have definitely earned a customer for life. ❤️
Maurices just gets better and better. They are great about refunds, and even will trade or match if you buy a pair of their Maurices brand jeans and end up not liking them, growing out of them or anything within a 12 month time frame. I mean does it get any better than that. And now they have clothes for my little girls and they love them too! So the worse thing about them is I always end up with at least one thing, even if I was just taking something back. 🤷🏼♀️😁 P.S. Love, love the Silver Suki Curvy. They are a perfect fit for us curvy ladies, but they don't just hang and make us look larger, but I actually feel as if I look smaller.
Wow. Just wow. I ordered my wife an egift card. It never came through. The staff jumped on it. They called inand handled all of it. At 1 point the store got disconnected from the helpline. The helpline CALLED BACK!!!. Great service from chain store. Totally awesome
I can’t tell you how many times Maurice’s in Cookeville has saved me! For finding a wedding outfit, to my wedding rehearsal outfit, pants for work…they have saved the day. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Shop there! Don’t buy online go to them first! 😘❤️ they can order it for you and still get you your deals!
My wife's favorite clothing store in town. Great selection and great deals, just ask. Staff is always so friendly and helpful!!

I drove 35 minutes to get to the store because they had a item in stock that I could pick up in store per their website, but due to the reviews of the item I wanted to see it in person before purchasing as a gift. Got down there to find they did not have it in stock and had never had the item in stock. The clerks were very friendly and helpful and offered to order the item for me but couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas. When I questioned about the web site saying it was available to pick up in store, they advised that their inventory was never correct. The store is clean, service was good ( I did purchase a couple of other things ) and they are requiring mask and are taking the appropriate precautions. Only giving 3 stars due to the website and the inventory issues they seem to have and because the price of the in-store items do not reflect the on-line pricing.
Ashley was amazing. She was friendly and so helpful. I loved the suggestion she made so much I wore it out of the store! I'm a larger lady and she really made me feel good about myself
This was my first time I had to try the burger. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the American cheese they put on it is actual cheese. The flavor was on point. My only very tiny complaint was that it was a bit too greasy but that didn't stop me
Both the chickpea schwarma and the southwest crunch wrap were beautifully wrapped and SO delicious. The mac and cheese was unbelievably good, hard to believe it was vegan. Loved the service and the atmosphere. Side note: wish yâall wouldnât us
