The location is good, it’s a 15 min walk to the kam 3 beach We had a unit toward the back, up a hill). Keawakapu beach is very close as well. The house was fairly clean (some bugs and kitchen could have been a bit cleaner) but the beds were comfortable and there was blow up air mattresses so we didn’t have to use the sofa bed. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and it was a decent stay for the price. Beach chairs, mats, kids toys and boogie boards were available to use. The pool has some extreme rules that prioritize use for adults so it’s not really kid friendly. Also, the insulation is not great between units so i felt like i constantly needed to remind my kids to be quiet. The two pools are NOT wheelchair accessible.

Positive: Fabulous location, walk to the beach, beautiful scenery all the way around, it was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The overall area was great. Negative: If I had to say anything unpleasant about the place at all was that the carpet was a little worn.

We traveled to Maui as a family in February of 2023. There were 19 members of the family that stayed at this location in 3 separate condos. first and foremost this is a beautiful location. obviously, the whole island is wonderful, but the proximity to the beach, as well as the small town of Kihei, made this a prime spot. The condo was very clean. and spacious, and a quick walk to both pool locations. speaking of the pools, there are awesome. My family really enjoyed both pools as well as 2 of the hottest hot tubes I've ever been in. it was great. Overall it was a pretty great location. ||Ok, that said on to the negatives. As mentioned above we traveled with our large family including several small children between the ages of 4-10. I would definitely not recommend this location if you have small children. This location has a lot of older folks and has very strict quiet hours rules. I understand this rule, but when you have several small children in Hawaii for the first time they want to run around, have fun, and play games at the pool. The children were scolded and warned at 5:00 pm by the staff to not play "marco polo:" due to the nature of the game being too loud. again I understand quiet hours and being respectful, but if these were small children playing and laughing, not a bunch of teenagers after a tournament baseball game. We were also sent a warning email from staff due to the children being too loud in the morning. this was after our first night when the children were still getting used to the time change, we had a 5-hour timezone change, so they were up around 5-6 am that first morning. again it just seemed we had to walk on eggshells with our children which was just a shame. ||other than that it was a beautiful location, that I would definitely stay at again once my children are a little older.

Was looking forward to staying in a unit I booked online. Vacasa was "unable to verify" my payment without my identity being confirmed for some reason , and I was told to go to the office to verify my identification and card information in person. When I arrived there was no one here to help me. I had to call vacasa back, spent 30 minutes CORRECTING the incorrect information collected by the first customer service representative due to the language barrier. She spoke poor English which resulted in her entering incorrect information provided to her. After being vetted for 45 minutes I was told that because it was originally entered wrong, they would not honor my reservation. There was no email to send photo verification or any other way besides being put on hold and asked a milllion questions while the rep went to and fro between myself and idk, the FBI perhaps ? This was an all day fiasco that resulted in us now having no reservation or place to go for the night as most sites will not book after a certain time, and no hotels having check in on staff after a.certain time. I guess what im saying is if someone with an accent from vacasa's hotline is helping you, make sure they are collecting your email right the first time or.youll be sleeping in your car. What an absolute nightmare.

Absolutely gorgeous property that is situated perfectly close to a beach/park. It's an excellent location for families and most of the rental units have everything you need, including boogie boards, lawn chairs and all the sand toys. The units are completely stocked with all the amenities one could ever need if you like to cook. The sunsets are spectacular. Highly recommended.

Love this place! Awesome complex and would definitely recommend both to families and couples. Super close walking distance from the beach (casual beaches w good snorkeling) and also a short drive to Wailea. I totally recommend coming with a group and staying in different condos, it’s so comfortable and laid back.

Our group of four adults had an amazing two weeks at this awesome condo. The owner Jason was excellent to deal with. We had to reschedule our trip twice due to Covid restrictions and Jason was very accommodating, he went out of his way to help make our trip happen. Can’t thank him enough!!||The condo itself is perfect in every way, it is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for cooking your own meals and also lots of beach gear so you don’t have to buy or rent anything. The views from the lanai are spectacular and we watched the sunset every night while having appetizers and drinks. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so you have lots of privacy.||Close by you will find plenty of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. If you want to go on an ocean excursion there is a boat ramp a short stroll away from the condo offering plenty of snorkeling and diving trips.||I would strongly recommend staying in this condo, the only downside was having to leave, but we will be back.||Strongly recommend booking directly through the owner: [email protected]

Vegan restaurant

The BEST meals I’ve had in Maui are at Earth Aloha Eats. Amazing plant based options for vegans and non-vegans. Recommend the chick’n burger and the pulled pork fries. Gyro is also tasty (but so packed you might not get to actually wrap it). Come
