Maui Coast Hotel - Hotel in Kihei - 2259 S Kihei Rd, USA

The Maui Coast hotel provided a wonderful stay. We booked a room in the new tower (just opened summer 2024) and looked out to the ocean and gorgeous Infiniti pool. There’s cabanas available first come first serve (we had no problem getting one every day) for free and plenty of comfy lounge chairs with umbrellas. There were also lots of little gathering places with comfy chairs, and nightly live music at the pool. The room was very comfortable for 3 of us- super comfy beds and bath was spacious and modern. The hotel staff are delightful and very welcoming. Really felt the aloha spirit with everyone we interacted with. We used the free shuttle nearly every day and not only was it convenient, the drivers were so knowledgeable and kind. We took advantage of the free bicycles and found local food trucks and shaved ice that were nearby and fun to access on bicycles. The beach is across the street from hotel- so a few minutes to walk over, you can rent umbrellas and chairs on premises which was cool. Lots of local spots to rent snorkel gear and boogie boards too. Overall a great stay, and outstanding value for Maui- including extra discount with their free Stash loyalty program. Will definitely book again

Staff were quick to get the room cleaned for early checkin and service was fabulous! The value of our stay far exceeded our expectations! We only needed one night as our rental fell a day short due to a flight change. My only negative comment was that the tub faucet needed an upgrade as it seemed aged compared to everything else! However, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the a/c worked fabulous! The front desk went above and beyond storing our luggage before and after check-in/out and were super friendly! The pool was amazing with a long, slightly warmer pool, a lounge pool that was the perfect temp for us, a nice sitting pool, and a hot tub! The shaded beds and loungers were perfect for sun bathing. And the live entertainment at the pool bar(Jimmy & The Twins) during our night time swim was fantastic! The hotel is also directly across from the beach, so the location is perfect! As an added bonus, the hotel provides water proof room key bracelets so you dont need to worry about losing your room key during a trip to the pool or beach! The Maui Coast Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!

Really enjoying our stay here! The hotel is modern, clean and new. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are good. Location is right across from the beach and close to many restaurants around Kihei. Staff are very accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend staying here. Parking is free. There is a nice gym that you can use as well.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the facilities were well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view of the surrounding area. The on-site restaurant served convenient meals, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool with live music every night. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we highly recommend Maui Coast Hotel for an any type of getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We stayed in the Kai building, and I’m glad I stayed in this new building because the room was so nice. It was definitely worth it. It had a partial ocean view. The room was really big, it had a couch and a small table. Very clean as well. The pools were really nice and there is a bar and live music at around 6pm. Very relaxing. The check in process was very simple. The customer service was great. The beach across the street is really nice and it’s like a 3-5 minute walk, you can see the sunset there or go for a swim. There are so many walkable food options nearby. They have bicycles you can use. The gym was really clean and nicely equipped with everything. We had a late flight the last day so we got a late check out at 12pm and they let us use the hospitality suite. It had multiple showers and lockers. It was nice because we were able to go to the pool and the beach after checking out and were still able to shower before leaving to the airport for our flight at 10pm. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Maui. Great hotel!

Maui Coast hotel was perfect. The room was comfortable, and large. The front desk and workers were great. The hotel is kind of quiet and secluded, but you’re not a far trip from any of Maui’s great attractions. The swimming pool is very nice with a full service bar. The gym is open 24 hours and nicely equipped. Don’t miss the cafe in front of the hotel. And you’re within walking distance of 3 beaches.

I stayed in the new Kai tower for two nights and the rooms were clean and nice! On my first full day, they left a card and bottle of champagne for me with two champagne glasses. Such a nice touch! You can tell the Kai tower is new and the aesthetic/overall appearance was very modern and cute. The room was spacious with lots of sitting space/storage. Walkable to the beach and a great location to restaurants and other activities. Loved this room and would stay here again! The only reason this is a 4 star review is because I could hear everything going on outside of my room in the halls. If someone walked past, was talking, or rolling a suitcase, I heard it. If I was in the bathroom, I could hear outside conversations clear as day.

We spent our honeymoon in Maui and stayed at the Maui Coast Hotel for all 8 nights. It was absolutely incredible! We stayed in the brand new Kai tower, which was incredibly clean. The pools were lovely, the food at Kihei Caffe was amazing, and the staff were all so hospitable and kind. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!
