T108A was a complete dump....tv remote broken extremely loud ac holes in screen door...beds rolled on wooden floors and were tiny and uncomfortable none of the light switches worked right there were 2 roaches in our room there were blankets.staff was rude. No towel service or house keeping because it's not actually a hotel...plus most of the parking lot is taken by reserved spots for owners of the condos...you have to search a 3 story parking garage for a spot thats not reserved then walk far to get to your room.
T108A was sooooo crappie none of the lights would turn on correctly...the bed side light would get hot and I actually burnt myself on it....the screen door had holes in it ...the beds were extremely small and uncomfortable AND they were on wheels so they would roll when u got on them. The TV remote was broken and the there was only sheets on the beds...the mirrors and pictures on the walls were all crooked and when we moved the dresser there was a bunch of plaster and other stuff underneath it. Kinda a dump...especially for the price....also the parking is ridiculous the spots are all reserved for people that own condos...making you park in a multi level garage and having to walk a distance to your room. This also isn't an actual hotel and there is no towel service or house keeping and when u need something it may take several days for it to come. 2 roaches were in our room also...we stayed in 3 hotels on 3 islands and the other two were beautiful. This is caca. no Mahalo.
Loved our Condo, had all the amenities. They managed the grounds very well. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Located right across the beach, and walking distance to the Cove.
The room was perfect for our needs however the parking situation was difficult because some parking spots were held and only a few spots were available for us. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Very clean and tidy grounds. Price was reasonable as well. Thanks for a fun stay!
Anticipate doing lots of walking because you'll have to park across the street, but restaurants and stores and very close by so we didn't mind being on foot. We loved having a washer and dryer in unit with detergent provided for us. TV remote was a little difficult to use, but not a huge deal.
Very happy with my room and the staff. The only (minor) issue I had was that I would have preferred slightly hotter temperature in my shower (personal preference). I would recommend hotel without reservation. :-)
Some units are better than others. This is a perfect location and a well cared for property . It is reasonably priced and Kihei is very affordable and well located. Theresa the manager is amazing ||We love upscale diing it and very close by but the Food Truck Park is amazing. Piai Fish house is amazing

I've been there for dinner a few times. It's a nice place, friendly staff. I haven't seen the rooms, but have heard they're a little small, as it was converted from old condo units. Play at the beach, sleep in the room.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The views of the ocean and other islands are beautiful, especially at sunset. The pool was always quiet, even when kids were there. You have to be careful around the pool, though, because the tile is slippery
