She is very personable, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. She is an awesome ambassador of the company. She was not pushy but very helpful. Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! My family and I desperately needed new mattresses and he was able to help us make the right decision for our needs. Previously purchased a tempur-pedic pro adapt 2.0 firm from this store. The service was wonderful, however, the bed was not a good fit for me. I am a hot sleeper and continually felt overheated on the bed. Matress warehouse offers a comfort exchange if you are not happy with your purchase and they made good on their exchange policy helping me find the best bed for both temperature and back support. What really stands out for me was the friendliness and support provided during this process by both Anna and Mike. Anna spend a large amount of time helping us find the perfect bed by researching and calling the manufacturer insuring we found a bed that had the specifications we were looking for such the coil gauge. She was truly a joy to work with and invaluable in helping us make a decision. I would also like to thank the store manager Mike who helped with finding a store that had the specific mattress on the floor we wanted to try. Everything about the purchase was low pressure while providing a great deal of information that helped make the best purchase. You can shop with confidence that you will be treated with respect helped every step of the way.

Today my husband and I purchased a tempur pedic pro adapt firm as our vintage sleep number bed was failing, initially we had our hearts set on a beautyrest black and however when Vincent and Mike became aware that I had back issues as a retired EMT they suggested I try tempur pedic to see if I would feel additional back support, not expecting much I gave it a try (I did not expect it to support as well as it did) they had me try a lot of different firmness, until I found one that really felt supportive of my lower back, they then showed me another feature that I was not aware of and that is the tempur ergo adjustable base, this made all of the difference in the additional need of my back support. This actually has the ability to raise the lumbar area so instead of proping pillows against my back, I can use the remote to keep me supported. I never thought I'd be a tempur pedic customer (they have come a LONG way from what they were years ago) but I'm very happy with the items they showed me today, I appreciate their patience with me, explaining the levels of coolness and details, ect. so that I can feel confident of my purchse, and to make things better they even gave me the memorial day sale early!! Never felt rushed. It was clear they wanted both my Husband and myself to find a bed that we were both comfortable with. I recommend giving this store and particularly, these two salespeople an opportunity if you are looking for a bed that works for you, especially if you have health or back issues. I am greatfull for the time they invested so I could be sure of my purchase. It also really helps that the store offers a 100 day comfort guarantee.

We just bought a new mattress at Mattress Warehouse in Culpeper, VA. Mike, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable about all their available products and also about competing products. He answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly and helped us come to the best solution for our sleep comfort. I highly recommend this store because of the professionalism that Mike offers.
