I've done a lot of research on mattresses before this purchase. I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. After chatting with Joe, he understood what I was looking for and showed me a few in the same category. THIS is the reason I wanted to buy a mattress in person. I could have spent the next year dealing with returns with an online bed. *Ain't nobody got time for that* I ended up ordering a mattress that was similar to the one I had in mind, but a size up. I also got an adjustable base because I've realized that I never want to sleep flat again. 😀 I'm excited for my enormous bed to arrive this weekend. They will deliver it and take away my old mattress. This is good because I had no idea how I was going to deal with that 😆 Thanks again, Joe!

Ross & Joe provided excellent customer service!!! I first spoke with Ross over The phone regarding the best mattress for my 85 year old mother who has been experiencing back pain. Once we got to the store both mèn were knowledgable about their inventory. They were also patient with and kind to my mom.

Went in with a few questions and was met with a ton of help from one of the employees there Joe. He really helped guide me to a mattress that was right for me! 10/10 would ask for Joe’s help again!

I found a platform bed online and went in store to see what was in stock. I was confused when I was roped into paying for it in that store even though I had to drive to Eagan to a different store to pick it up. The total was significantly more expensive than what I remembered, but now I can see it was because they charged me full price instead of the sale price. They confirmed what I had heard about mattress stores. Never again.

This is a new location and it’s great! Agree with the other reviews that Aaron is a fantastic resource. He is knowledgeable and personable. No sales pressure...but he did a great job of educating us on the options available to us. Not knowing anything about mattresses, this is the first store we walked into and Aaron made sure he got our favorite mattress in our hands, with a deal we couldn’t refuse.

Joe was great! I highly recommend this location. Joe was very educated and easy to talk to. He wasn’t pushy just informative. The whole process was smooth and I left with a great new mattress!

Salesperson, Joseph, was incredibly knowledgeable and appropriately friendly. Joseph gave me three different bids on three different products and gave me time to think about it. He reviewed with me the bid on the product I chose to make sure I was clear and comfortable. Again , super knowledgeable about all products.
