1. I called them because my ENTIRE online order was wrong. She blamed corporate for my sandwich being wrong because corporate menu is different than their menu. Not my problem, I ordered online & picked the Canal Winchester store! Customers have NO WAY of knowing what you actually sell then?? 2. We ordered extra toppings on our pizza, that we paid extra for & they missed it. 3. We have a diabetic in our group, ordered pie cut! It is easier to count carbohydrates. They cut wrong anyways.. 4. She put me on hold, & I kept waiting. No problem. Negative review & we won’t return! I don’t like to leave negative reviews. ✔️ I usually try to fix the problem first because I understand things happen. 1-04-2024 9:40pm.

Massey's Pizza in canal Winchester is a great place. Atmosphere is great. The food is good. You got a great bartender. Her name is Sandy. If you want to have a lot of fun, go in and see her and you can have all kinds of laughs with her being there

You can tell this Massey's is owned independently, the classic Massey's style pizza cut doesn't happen here. Pizza is still really good. Instead of a single cut across the center of the pizza they do two so you don't get the every piece has a edge crust.

large pepperoni with onion was barely edible. Got it home to discover it had no detectable sauce, the pepperoni was soggy, and an overabundance of large uncooked chunks of onion. Extremely disappointed for $21. Also, when I arrived to pick up, was ignored by the young woman right there at the counter, and had to wait a few minutes for another to come from far back to ask if I had been helped. My girlfriend had told me Masseys in Pataskala was good and had so much sauce it oozed out when you ate it. This was the opposite.

This place has some of the best pizza I've ever had but at this particular location my son and I encountered a waitress by the name of Sandra she was rude and argumentative, spoke to me like a child because I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce and for it to be cooked lightly (which came out burnt), and rolled her eyes at my son when he ordered a pepperoni pizza lite on the pepperoni. I'll never go back to that location again

This great little place sits on the end of a strip mall but has the feel of a neighborhood hangout. The store is clean, the service is fast and friendly, the beer is cold and the food is spot on fantastic. We loved the Spicy Chorizo Pizza. It's spicy enough to have you sweating after a few pieces but the heat doesn't overpower the flavor. Ask for a couple packets of sour cream if you get one too; you 'll be glad you did!

I love Massey's pizza but the woman they have working the bar and pizza carryout during the day is extremely rude. She knows nothing of customer service. Spends all her time mingling with the bar flies. And her whole persona screams BAR FLIE and that is not a good look for Massey's. I used to work at Massey's and no one ever acted like that. She told me my credit card was blocked, which was a lie because I called the bank while I was there. Had to spend my cash for no reason.then once she found out I worked at Bob Evans She told everyone in the bar that she had it confirmed that Bob Evans was closing. Like she has some sort of gossipers top security clearance or something. When she doesn't know anything but alcohol.

The pizza was delicious but the wings we ordered were so overcooked that we couldn't eat them. Undersauced and dry as cardboard. The waitress took them back and refunded them but it was still sad and very disappointing. I don't think we'll be back.
