Massey's Pizza Sports Bar & Wings - Pizza restaurant in Grove City - 4015 Parkmead Dr, USA

Went in for the lunch buffet between 11:30-12:30 with about 5 other people dining. Whilst the food all tasted good, the variety was anything but "large" as advertised. Price was $10.99 per person and $5.99 is a very2 There were 5 pizzas: sausage, pepperoni, cheese, pepperoni and sausage, and Supreme. Next to the pizza was 3 very hot bins which marinara, pasta, and plain fried wings. In another bin was garlic bread which was tasty but it was not kept warm. The salad bar was essentially non edible as the bowl of iceberg lettuce was soft and wilted. There were only 6 toppings and 2 dressings available. They also did not have any of the dessert pizzas as advertised. They only provided paper plates/bowls which didn't really bother me other than the fact that the buffet was so small it just made the whole experience seem cheap. Overall the food tasted good, so the experience was fine, but the variety was extremely slim with two of the advertised items either not being available or just plain inedible.

Been going to this location for years and today well be the last! First thing is Bobby was a great server but the food and cleanliness would be a zero! The menus were dirty, months of crumbs in the seats and the plexiglass between the booths haven’t been cleaned in a long time! Our pizza was uncooked and literally covered in cornmeal! We let Bobby know and showed her how much corn meal was covering the entire pizza! We “tried” to eat some but it wasn’t edible. We had cornmeal all over our hands from trying to wipe it off! We had used all the napkins and it was all over the table. It was just gross. It’s like eating a big ball of cornmeal. We asked to speak to the manager Andrea and she didn’t even bother to come to the table and check on us, apologize or anything just said she’d give us 50% off the pizza and she sent the new server out to do it. Very poor customer service on the manager Andreas part! We weren’t even worth her time to come out to the table and they were not busy! We will not ever be back!

Decided to hit up the Grove City Massey’s for the Pizza Buffet. Pretty much a mistake. This was around 1200. Probably around 12 people in the place. Seat yourself. Waitress came around did drink orders and went for the salad and wasn’t good, very wilted, a lot of brown lettuce. Garlic bread is just put in a metal container and not warm at all. Several of the people trying same commented that it was cold. The pizza of course is quality stuff but when they are not staying on top of replenishing the buffet it doesn’t help. A period of about 20 minutes went by where everyone was waiting for them to replenish same. Overall it was just an okay experience.

The crust was bland. The sauce was unremarkable. My husband and kids said the pepperoni was flavorless. The cheese sticks were ok. We ordered one pepperoni and one cheese pizza and cheese sticks and the total was $45!! We will not be returning.

I thought giving the this place another chance by going to the lunch buffet and wow I was wrong. The salad bar ridiculous and you can see from the picture of it. We got there around noon and the same pizza sat on the bar for an hour and a half. It took several complaints form customers to bring some fresh pizza out to the buffet. All the pictures will say enough about how poorly kept the buffet was. The only thing you can’t see is how the lettuce looked spoiled. Once the customer complained for the last time the waitress walked over to the bar for the first time in the 2 hours we were there and she said I had no idea there wasn’t any pizza on the buffet. The place was not crowded and they waitress and bartender were doing nothing but standing around playing on their phones. I’m guessing we should have text it to then since they were on their phones most of the time. Finally when the buffet was ready to close down and there was enough complaints from the 8 people that were in there they brought out a bunch of pizzas right at 2:00. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location. Oh and this location doesn’t add a fountain drink in with the price of the buffet. The other Massey’s locations do because I called them to find out.

The pizza is very good, however, the service is non existent. Clearly, the staff is friendly, but they are not there to work. The lunch buffet is a underwhelming experience to say the least. My wife cannot eat pork, so we requested a veggie pizza, and cheese to be added to the buffet. We waited 20 minutes, they brought out a chicken pizza. We waited over 40 minutes for other pizza to be added to the buffet, but it never happened. We ran out of time before I needed to get back to work. We spent $25 and an hour in there and my wife didnt even get to eat pizza she wanted

Went here for the first time and would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. I have never eaten ground beef out of my house and their ground beef is AMAZING, hands down to the cook. The service was 100. My husband and I got a nacho supreme as an appetizer and I consider it a whole meal by itself, also got some chicken alfredo and buffalo garlic chicken wings and OMG it was so much flavor to there food. If I could give them a 10 star I would.

This used to be one of our favorite places. Not so much anymore. Terrible service, pizza we always order, hardly any toppings, cheese was only in the middle. I had to ask if our pizza was ready, 35 to 40 minutes after our salads were finished. Paper on bottom was grease saturated from sitting so long and cold. We had to ask for plates, gave us plastic fork only for meal..no knife to cut veggies on salad. Getting refills. I had to go to bar and ask. Very sad to see another good place to eat on its way out.
