Mason's Grille 52 - American restaurant in Hamburg - 52 Main St, USA

The food was amazing and everyone there is so nice!! The service was a little slow, but that's a given since it was a little busy! Definitely recommend the gnocchi!! Get the shrimp!! 11/30/23- We went for dinner here again, and the food was so good!! I got the Gnocchi and shrimp, my husband got the beef stroganoff, and my father in law got the turkey melt! The beef in the stroganoff was melt in your mouth delicious!!!

Nestled in The Village of Hamburg @52 Main St. Great Atmosphere Great Food Great Service (Emily was our waitress) Had Pretzels For App,Roasted Red Pepper Bisque,The Seafood Norwalk Dinner, Sweet Potato Gnocchi w/Steak and a Few Beverages

Went on a Wednesday evening, the dining room was almost completely empty except for one table at that point and the waitress decided to sit us right next to that table, it was very uncomfortable, there's no music or anything so the dining room is completely silent and all we could hear was the conversation of the table next to us, we didn't feel comfortable at all even talking to each other at a normal volume, so we were whispering, finally I asked her if we could eat in the bar instead. It was much more comfortable in there, with blues music providing some background sound. The place got busy pretty quick and there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant. We waited almost 1 hour for our food. The food was great, home cooked comfort food, flavorful,.. the braised short ribs fell apart, super tender, flavorful gravy, the mashed potatoes were very creamy. The pot pie was also great with a nice thick creamy sauce , although there could have been more carrots. When we were finished eating and ready to leave I ordered a piece of carrot cake to go, for the waitress to bring back with the bill.... over 15 minutes passed before she finally came back, and that was only after we had stood up and made it obvious that we were in a rush to go and even approached the bartender to try to cash out. So plan on being there for a long time, takes forever to get your food and takes forever to get your bill. Carrot cake was not good. If you're expecting a moist cake filled with raisins and walnuts and carrot with a thick rich cream cheese frosting, you will be sorely disappointed! It was just...meh. and the frosting had a general sweetness but no flavor.

We had just finished hiking a few miles away, and wanted to celebrate the miles. After searching for Steak restaurants in the area, we came across this lovely place. The food was presented beautifully, the option to sit at the window was a nice treat, and the price was reasonable. The service was hit or miss at times, but that didn't sour my overall feelings for this choice.

First visit to Mason’s & must say it was a great experience! We didn’t have reservations but it would be a good idea for a busy Friday evening. Simply but well appointed, clean establishment. Courtney, our server was outstanding! Gluten free options are Highly Appreciated! The Lemongrass gnocchi with lobster was outstanding! My husband really enjoyed the tasty onion soup. The Conundrum wine was yummy. The couple at the table next to us had a mile high order of wings that they said were outstanding. They were returning patrons & we were first-timer, and we both had outstanding service and meals. Highly recommend!

We don't frequent Mason's often, but we were generally happy with the dinner we recently had here, especially the shrimp appetizer! It's a quieter joint than some of the other restaurants and bars in the area, so this is a great place for an older crowd that may have trouble hearing over a busy crowd, but is also a nice restaurant with plenty of seating and a lively (partitioned) bar for those who want to catch the game.

Was at the Erie county fair and then went to dinner at Mason's. I am a French Onion Soup lover. Try it every where I go. This was some if the very best I have ever had. Had the Crusted Salmon for dinner as well and it was outstanding. The service was top notch and atmosphere was nice. Well worth your time as you will not be disappointed. Made my list of places to defiantly come back too.

I Love Mason's Grille. Incredible food, Legendary Service with a great environment. I went with the famous meatloaf over mash! 💯
