People are great but eye glasses are horrible had to return them twice payed for scratch resistant and glasses are scratched after a week even though I always put them in case. I would recommend staff and doctors not eyeglasses
Staff was excellent. Professional staff, that performed all exam tasks effectively and effectively. Very friendly and did not waste time. Little to no wait.
Dr Fisher was outstanding. Explained in detail without over explaining. Answered all questions and he took the time needed to spend with his patient. Not a cattle cal like many other offices.
When I asked questions about my insurance coverage, for both medical exam and glasses they answered honestly. I had read my plan in full detail before going and I was fully aware of the coverage and they were honest and did not try to sell me hardware or equipment that was not needed or to over charge me like many other eye doctor offices have in the past.
I was extremely happy with the office, Dr Fisher and the purchase of glasses. All around I give a 5 star rating and will recommend to others.
My 1st visit and it could not have gone any better. Front desk staff was very welcoming, everything was on time, and lots of explanation during my exam. I am not a fan of going to the eye doctor (I would much rather go to the dentist), but these guys made it a very good experience. Highly recommend.
This was my first visit. I was very pleased with my treatment. The staff was friendly and considerate. Dr Stucke was great! I have a history of eye surgeries for various issues, and he explained to me how these things affected his decision in regards to my new prescription. Highly recommend!
This was my first time at MVC. The staff was very friendly. The technicians were really patient when taking the eye exam. My experience was great. Dr. Brandi Orr was very friendly and explained in detail my eye health, the options I had when it came to glasses, and explained all the benefits of selecting a new pair of glasses. It was very close to my office and home and a safe location. Thank you !!
Wow! Very impressed by this office! Dr Kacie L Stucke is a delight! She was friendly and very professional. The office is equipped with the latest technology (so happy to skip the puff in the eye process of old!) Made an appointment inquiry online and received a scheduling call almost immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour but never felt rushed. Wonderful experience overall!
I recently moved to the area and needed to get a new eye Doctor. I searched online and found Mason Vision Center and I’m so glad I did! The staff was all very welcoming and they explained in detail what they were doing in the pre-exam area. Dr. Orr was amazing as well-very professional and thorough and she took the time to explain the difference in my contacts prescription which a Dr has never done for me before. She also showed me my retinal scans and showed me the different parts of my eye. I’m so glad I choose this office and I definitely recommend them to anyone!
