The manager was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of activities for kids scheduled during the day. Very interactive. We liked the mini multi sport arena. You can play different sports with your socks on.

More fun than I expected to be honest. All staff members were fun and friendly. Super interactive and tons of things to do! We got our tickets in advance via Groupon!! Highly recommend ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check Groupon for family outings first. Wear socks and shoes for fun zones! Or buy a pair at the ticket counter for about $5 (or in the gift shop for $11 😧🤯) They only have toddler and adult sizes though 😕🤷🏼‍♀️ Check their website before planning a visit for even more fun-tertainment! WE MET PETE THE CAT! But they also have other activities like induction to the Mascot Hall of Fame, Breakfast with Mascots, senior days and more!!

This place was awesome. We won an annual membership through a contest at our local library and were finally able to make a trip this weekend. You weave through a bunch of steel and oil refineries to get here, but its worth it. The first floor features all the different sports for kids to play with/on. The 2nd floor has a build a bear workshop and lots of interactive exhibits built around mascots. They have their own mascot, Reggy, that came out and played with the kids, which they loved. We also had lunch there and spent $30 for a family of four. We live about 1.5 hours away from here, but will definitely make the trip again.

I’ve facilitated several workshops in the Mascot HOF facilities upstairs and can say that it is the best option in the area; kind staff, efficient, easy to deal with and clean/organized facility. Also very fun to send pictures home to my son, sharing with him where I am at.

Definitely worth going for the kids to enjoy and the parents to relax. Check out the business hours, they do close early. I’m planning to have my son’s birthday party 🥳 here next month, they also have a big conference room too for a special occasion..

This place is amazing!! We went on a Friday afternoon, there weren't many people there. Reggy the mascot came out and interacted with us for about an hour. He was so much fun, he had the kids and us laughing so hard! I definitely recommend going here if you're in town! There are plenty of interactive activities for the kids. The people are amazing and Reggy is the best!!

Definitely not worth the price ($10 per person from age 2-65) ONLY thing I liked was that active military and veterans admission is free)...most of the mascots were from colleges . There is a play area for kids but the majority of the interactive stuff did not work. First floor is for gift shop and canteen...$6 for a hot dog... everything way overpriced... second floor has the play area and a build- a- bear area with a few displays thrown here and there. There is a third floor but we were told that's for special events.

Cool spot to check out! Kids had fun (we had ages 2 and 8-11 with us). Definitely don’t need to be “sporty” to attend but you’ll definitely have more fun if you know the mascots and related teams and sports. Staff wasn’t overly friendly and barely spoke to us, pretty awkward if anything and didn’t see any staff except at check in and at the Build a Bear area (definitely wish we could have gotten one of the Mascot Hall of Fame shirts for the stuffies other than Reggy). You have to wear socks in the first floor areas, no shoes and while you can buy socks in the gift store, they were wildly over priced for what you’re getting, how much you’ll use them and in comparison to other play places that require and sell socks.
