Great restaurant with very tasty food provided by knowlegable customer focused servers. We sat on the outside porch to enjoy the town atmosphere and weather. Menu offers a wide variety to choose from. 😋 The heat scale is low, medium and hot. I love spicy food, but hot was a little too hot. Definitely, coming back with friends. Give them a try and pass the good word on.

This was my first time trying Indian Food and it was delicious! I got the Shrimp Tikka Salad and Gobi Manchurian with Extra Rice and Naan; to drink I ordered Fanta but they were sold out of those; so they replaced it with Thumbs Up soda, I’m happy they did! It was so good, it’s actually an Indian Soda that was bought by Coco-cola in 1993 I believe! I ordered through door dash! I will definitely be eating food from here again!! So good!

Let me start by saying that we stumbled upon this restaurant because we wanted indian but the other place we usually go to was closed. Long story short, it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The food was delicious. Freshly made, full of flavor, perfect amount of spices, and just the right amount of heat! The Samosa Chaat was great. Highly recommend. Could be eaten as a main dish or shared as it comes with four pieces. Then we got KUMAR’S CHETTINAD with lamb!! So yummy. The meat was so tender. The sauce was just the right amount. We also got the MASTEE MASALA with chicken, and this was just as delicious. We also got Naan bread with garlic because you can't eat a dish without Naan bread. Fresh, yummy, and I wish we ordered more of it. For dessert with helps calm all the flavors down, we got the rice pudding!! Warm delicious goodness!! Overall, it was an amazing experience, and this is a place to eat if you enjoy Indian meals! Also the staff was amazing. The waiter/server was super friendly and didn't rush us at all. Spoke with us as if we knew him. Beautiful location, after we ate we were able to enjoy a walk outside since it's located next to a college

Delicious! We all loved our saag, biryani, etc. Perfect portions and good heat. We drove up from south Charlotte for a Davidson theater performance and stopped here for dinner and a stroll..will be back.

First time Indian restaurant trip. I am completely unfamiliar with Indian dining. Garlic nan is an unleavened bread topped with garlic, gee butter and small amount of spices. Extremely good. Son had Masala with chicken and rice mild. Extremely good taste spice and texture. Spouse had “65” spice chicken with rice. Spice is an understatement…..super flavorful. I had a fried pakor platter- pastry platter. Mostly vegetarian pastry and four pieces of Satay chicken strips. Chicken was super tender and flavorful. Menu simply says spices….imagine cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric amd masala. You will smell and taste these spices for hours after. Clean restaurant. Servers were incredibly patient and kind offering taste advice.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a hidden gem of a restaurant that exceeded all of my expectations. Each dish was amazing with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavors. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delightful journey of taste and textures. Equally impressive was the level of service provided by the attentive and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant was simply enchanting. The interior design was tastefully done, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. In conclusion, this hidden gem of a restaurant truly impressed me with its exceptional food quality, impeccable service, and captivating atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary delightful food.

Mastee Masala USED to be good here until this place recently changed the recipe OR tomato sauce they use. Now it tastes very bad, very very bad. It’s like eating tomato paste out of a can. Chicken inside of it was fine. This is the only Indian place that didn’t give me an acid reflux and digestion issues prior to their recent changes. It used to be quality focused, it was our most favorite go-to Indian restaurant. Also, we did not appreciate that a server came to clean a table next to our table while we were eating. 75% of our food was still not eaten, while he was spraying his chemical for a solid minute onto that table next to ours that was less than a foot away, it was all airborne thanks to the fine misting of a high quality spray bottle, the A/C was on and blowing all of the mist onto our food and into our faces. It was not pleasant to breathe all of that chemical and helplessly look at all of our food go to waste. 75% of our food went into waste as we were not about to eat chemical sprayed food. Restaurant, if you’re reading this, a fine solution to avoid problems such as this is to teach your servers to spray or soak table cleaning cloth outside of the dining area and bring a damp cloth to wipe the table between each customer. You have very good quality spray bottles that spray very far and mist very well, which is not very good for dining room use when you have customers.

Wow! When we arrived, the decor made me feel like I was swept away to a Indian street corner. Which got me excited and ready to eat. The menu was very easy to read based on the description of the food. Even though I couldn't pronounce any of the food, the server Ash was helpful and patient. He was willing and eager to pronounce it for me in a kind way. I wanted to try a little bit of everything. For our entrées we tried the saag walla sauce it had a creamy spinach taste, and we added the lamb. The lamb was very tender it actually tasted like chicken to me. We also got the zesty jalfrazi sauce it had a zesty vinegar taste with a hint of sweetness , and we added chicken to this dish. For the appetizer, I wanted to try the Pani Puri I saw on their Instagram page. Oh, boy, it definitely was a good cold shot of comfort food in a bite. I went with the Coke inspired Thum up it was light and refreshing. I must say this place was a breath of fresh air with an enjoyment of food.
