Everything was wonderful. The attendant was a little inattentive but very nice. He just never offered us chopsticks and assumed we were finished with our meal instead of asking if we wanted dessert or anything else.

Food was good, unfortunately not as flavorful when compared to others similar. Staff was friendly and prompt. Although I only got one glass of water, I would have enjoyed refills 😊 Prices are great from 13.00 ⬆️. I will definitely will go back to try more entrees. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant!!

The prices were decent. The food was pretty good and filling. It wasn't blow your mind good, but good. The food didn't come out at the same time and that is never a good thing. I would've liked our waiter to be a little more attentive but he was young so I'll give him a pass. He was very polite. We will be coming back.

I ordered several cooked rolls. In one, there was fried shrimp. I noticed one of the shrimp had not been cleaned at all. I brought it to management's attention. The manager immediately became argumentative. She said they cannot be cleaned because they are fried. I showed her the others that had been cleaned and asked her to go talk to the chef. Because basic food handling includes removing the fecal matter! She never came back. I went to find her running to go orders. When I asked if she found anything out, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I paid full price, tipped my waitress and left. Not after letting the manager know I would not be back.

My experience here was great! You will be greeted by modern Asian decor. The hostess is friendly and I was seated really quickly. But they weren't busy at all. My server was promptly introducing himself and taking drink orders. Once I ordered my food, it was quickly brought to the table. The service here was very good. The food was brought out at a good temperature and the flavor was fantastic. I was able to try three different dishes and they were all delicious. My only complaint would be that the hibachi chicken was a bit dry but it is floating in a sauce, so, it was that bad. I was very satisfied with my experience here at Masa!

I was blown away the second I walked in the store. I will admit I was skeptical at first, with the higher prices. But they proved to be well worth it! Each plate was piled to the brim with food, delicious food too! I ate all I could and still had enough to take home for tomorrow. Service was very fast! They were ready to serve before I could even sit down all the way, and my 6 person party got all our food hot n fresh in under half an hour. The atmosphere is great too, it feels so cozy! Amazing food, great portions, and great service! We had Hailie as our waiter, and she was very fun! Overall. I know where I'm going for Japanese food from now on!

I am going to give this place another try. I have a feeling that the reason we didn't love it is because we took it to go. The hibachi shrimp was so overcooked that it was inedible. The flavor was good, though. The clear soup had a weird flavor, and my husband said it tasted burnt. I couldn't figure it out myself. Will dine in next time. Edit*** Ordered sushi today, and it was awesome! Got a few different rolls and avocado salad. Yum! Got it delivered, and it was perfect. Yay! Oh and the spicy edamame are so flavorful with perfect heat!

Clean restaurant. Seated right away and they were busy. Server was so kind and attentive. Food was so good! We had Gyosa, Egg Rolls, Scorpion Roll and General Tso’s chicken with fried rice. All delicious!
