MaryAnn's Diner - Diner in Salem - 3 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, USA

We enjoyed having breakfast here. The food was made fast even with a bunch of customers in there. I was surprised how quickly we received our meals. The meals were large and filling. I eat a very Large breakfast every day, and I could barely finish this one. Pancakes were huge and portions of meat were also larger than most diners. The price was very fair for the amount of food we ordered. Blackberry steak was an excellent first choice. We are looking for to trying other new and unique options on the menu.

Do you know that your main entrance for your Diner is very complicated with the construction. And the GPS doesn't specifically route you to take the right hand turn on time, putting you into a different business zone that does not have a cut through into your parking lot. Also, when you call in to try to make an order and you press auction number two no one picks up I was on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and it was just a loop around not a single person got back to me said please hold or I'll be with you. Not acceptable

A very pleasant establishment, with well-organized and business processes. At the entrance, two girls at the reception, hand over to the waiter, the service is very polite and fast. The food is prepared with high quality, tasty according to an interesting recipe. The portion is very large :-) in general, an interesting place in the American style, with American cuisine - everything is clean, beautifully done and very well maintained. Although I can’t consider myself a fan of American cuisine, but for everything in aggregate, including the waiter’s service, I boldly give this place a five.

What can I say about this place? Besides, I love it. I love the old-fashioned feel of the diner. The service is always great, and the food almost never disappoints. This time around, we ordered the California omelet, the kitchen sink omelet, and the Greek omelet. My wife wasn't too thrilled with the Greek omelet. She said there was way too much feta and olives, and it overpowered everything else. My son had the California omelet, and he was devoured in less than 3 minutes, so I'm guessing he liked it! I had the kitchen sink omelet, and it was delicious. There is plenty of everything in that bad boy. There is plenty of on-site parking, but you can expect to wait. Unfortunately this place is very popular and rightly so, and with popularity comes long waits especially if you go during peak hours.

I got the loaded veggie omelette and it was probably the best omelette I've ever had. It was packed with veggies cooked perfectly. Very good cheese and veggies to egg ratio. The home fries were seasoned scrumptiously and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The only things I didn't love was using the tablet for reservations while there were people standing at the counter. Just felt off, but it's 2023 so it is what it is. The floor was pretty dirty when we got there ( after an extreme rush), but as soon as a waitress had a minute she was sweeping it up which shows she takes pride in her job. My boyfriend got eggs and has and he cleared his plate so he was also happy. I'd absolutely recommend this place. It was our second time there and we will definitely be going back.

Absolutely loved this little diner my friend recommended! Reminds me of everything I loved about Blast From the Past before they shuttered their doors. There's nothing like a classic 50s diner with the hearty American fare. The staff is attentive and friendly. Love the atmosphere too; you don't see the front of a Chevy on the wall every day!

Really nice staff and the burger was huge it was really delicious and the strawberry shortcake was ………. PHENOMENAL!!!!! And I love the 50s/60s vibes
