Positive: Location is perfect. Every attraction other than Bonner's was within walking distance. Loved the river view and the breakfast selections were great. I'm not a drinker, but one member of our party enjoys a glass of wine so the free 'cocktail hour'was nice. Negative: When we returned one day from an afternoon of local activities, I was surprised that the room had not been touched. I was informed that I had to request housekeeping. At a minimum I expect beds to be made and fresh towels to be provided.
Were greeted with a very friendly smiling young man upon checkin. Hotel is very clean and room was well appointed. We had a river view room that a nice little balcony with two chairs. Location is excellent and we were able to walk to everything that we were interested in. We did drive to Bronners as we could not miss that!|The free breakfast was excellent including hot items and fresh cooked waffles. Happy hour drinks from 5-7 pm was a very nice bonus too! We will be back!!
Our room was spotless and smelled fresh when we walked in! The front desk staff is delightful and helpful in every way. The breakfast was exceptional and the service was over-the-top. The gal who looked after us smiled constantly and made us feel at home.
Our experience was okay but nothing to rate 5 stars. The lobby is very attractive with numerous seating places. The breakfast area is sufficient with an outdoor space if weather permits. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, very scenic. The room itself has no windows except for the balcony door, which has a small window in it. Room size is average, beds comfy, but only one chair. The breakfast was better than most but the same every day, real scrambled eggs would be nice instead of the fake kind. There is an evening reception with wine, beer and cheese, crackers between 5 and 7. For the price I would check somewhere else next time.
Nice hotel in the heart of it all though a little pricey. Parking under the hotel is a little tight, even for my GMC Terrain. We parked my car on Friday and didn’t move it again til Monday. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is nice and secure - you have to use your key card to get to the parking garage from the lobby or enter the lobby after 10p. Nice that they have wine and beer with small appetizers free everyday. Breakfast was great - hot foods (eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes etc) yogurts cereals. The staff were always friendly and awesome. |It was great first time in Frankenmuth and I would recommend it. The room was spacious and clean.
This is a great hotel, it is easy access to walking around town. We had 2 rooms, one for my husband and I am one for my Father. We loved sitting on the patio together in the evening enjoying complimentary wine and snacks. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Positive: We enjoyed the drinks and snacks provided in the evening. The entryway was very welcoming and pleasant. Having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash rack in the shower is wonderful. Negative: The carpet in our room had a large stain on it. We let the manager know how unattractive it was. For the price of the room, there should have been no stain in the carpet. We also needed to let the manager be aware of the low water pressure in the shower.
Loved our stay. The staff was so friendly. This was my first time to this city and I did not know really what to do or see and they recommended so many different things. Its nice when the staff is willing to go above and beyond. The room was clean and spacious. I did not spend alot of time in the room but it was perfect for my family while we were there.

Was the most fun we have had as a family in quite some time. There are so many options for the kids, and everything was amazing. Food is way overpriced, and bathrooms were frequently wrecked, but I figure it's because when we went It was very busy, s

Best coffee on our vacation. Prices were a bit high, but for a touristy place in Frankenmuth that was to be expected. My 16oz Lavender Latte was outstanding, and my wifeâs latte with special milk (oat or coconut, I donât recall) was done very wel
