Small play area . But nice
I love this park the swimming pool was clean every time me and the family went I loved the fact that they had so many lifeguards there and they wasn't playing any games if you couldn't swim right back and forth to get in 7 feet they wasn't going to let you cross that line and I love that it makes you want to fight and get yourself there and work harder so you can get in at 7 feet I love it I told so many people about the pool this summer it was great.
I was staying across the street at the Happy Flamingo Oak Cliff AirBNB. I saw people walking around it and gave it a try. It was fun, each day I took a different route. They have a pool, play ground and ball courts. A great asset to the neighborhood. An added no us to the Air BnB.
The park and staff is good. The problem I had was the way the volunteers way running voting booths. 4 machines for over a hundred people and wait was +1 hr. Don't waste your time kindergartners could have been more organized. Waste of time
Nice playground and baseball field. I use the tennis court. I like that it’s fenced in. The net is a fence that isn’t the best but it’ll do. It’s half shaded which helps. No practice board.
Downsides: not kept up. Trash accumulates from people that don’t know what a trash can is.
The limbs fall on the court and can get in the way of your game.
The bench is missing a screw on one end of it so be careful.
There’s a soccer court next to it.
Soccer players tend to use the court to kick the ball around and even gather on the tennis side of the fence while watching others play.
I wouldn’t recommend going anytime after 4pm. That’s when they tend to play.
Nice place for a quiet outing. Fun for all. Rec center is great. They have lots you can do up there.
The place where it all started. Boxing!! So many great memories at this place back when they use to have boxing classes. I would love to start it back up again by bringing boxing back. It would be a great way to keep the kids active, healthy & away from getting into trouble.
Looks a whole lot nicer then what it use to look like back in the late 80's and early 90's. Good job!
I grew up at this park and, while they have done quite a bit to improve it, it's still not exactly a favorite. There are still too many loose, aggressive dogs roaming around. The tennis courts are not well kept, and are always being used by soccer players. I do like the extensive running/walking walkway they've added though.

Like everything else in Texas, this place is huge. All the bulls are so cool to see and it is just an iconic spot in Dallas. The river wasnât running when I visited in the winter, but I can only imagine that would make the setup even cooler.
Nicole holds space for you in the most beautiful, encouraging way - guiding you clearly and effectively through various asanas and adjusting where needed. Having not been the biggest fan of online yoga classes, I have to say, Nicole has changed that

I am so SO glad Jazzercise classes were on my Christmas list (and that they were gifted to me early). I was a bit nervous at first, but soon realized that the classes are FUN and there is absolutely no judgement. I feel stronger each time I leave!
