FOOD AND ICE CREAM REVIEW ONLY. After going to Great Escape my family decided to grab food and ice cream. This is the first time we had food from there. The burgers are JUICY AND DELICIOUS. Great flavor. The chicken tenders were also DELICIOUS. Made with real chicken breast vs the stuff you get from Great Escape. Highly Recommend. Definitely will be splitting up a Greate Escape trip with lunch here and back to the park whenever we go.

Rating the food establishment, not the hotel. Only have soft serve ice cream, and the flavors available change daily. Check their website for the flavors. We have been there 3 times now on our week long trip because we loved it. Very affordable pricing too. We’ve had the peach with cotton candy sprinkles and toasted coconut, with was very tasty. We also had birthday cake with toasted coconut. We didn’t really taste the birthday cake ice cream. It was more like vanilla ice cream with a small hint of birthday cake. The toasted coconut though was amazing. On our next visit, we had the coconut ice cream with coconut dip, and toasted coconut which was amazing, and also the coconut ice cream with coconut dip, and half cotton candy sprinkles and toasted coconut. We also had their food items. They were okay, tasty but definitely fast food like. We had the Philly cheesesteak fries which was missing some type of flavor. We also had the Mac and cheese with their special chicken fingers, and the Mac and cheese was very tasty.

Stopped into Martha’s for a quick bit to eat. I was very pleased and impressed!! 🤩🙌 Last time I had ice cream here was about 15 years ago after a visit to Great Escape across the street. During this visit, friend and I decided to try the Double Cheeseburgers and they did not disappoint!! After we placed our order and paid, it was about a 5-minute wait for our food order to be prepared and ready for pickup. We had awesome service when placing our order. The young lady was patient, knowledgeable, professional and polite to us. 👏👏 The burgers were very delicious, were a substantial size, had a flavorful taste, fresh lettuce and tomato, melted cheese, and what tasted like homemade chunky garlicky pickle chips that added an awesome flavor to the burgers!! The french fries were hand cut, hot and also very tasty!! We shared them and there was still plenty to take home. See pics… We visited on a Monday (7/1/24 @ 5:15-5:45pm) and it was a pleasant day and time to go. I highly recommend Martha’s for your quick go-to grill food and of course save room for the ice cream!! 🍦🍨 I’ll visit again soon for a hot fudge sundae and will update this review.

Always so delicious!! We build it into our trips anytime we're in upstate NY. The ice cream is delicious, creamy, and the flavors are spot on. The staff is awesome. Last time I was there, I asked some questions about the ingredients due to some allergies I have and the staff took the time to check every flavor and their ingredients for me. Fantastic customer service!

Martha's has the creamiest custard soft serve ever! The variety of flavors is great. I love coconut and banana in particular. The mint and chocolate twist is great, too. The servings are huge! It's a popular spot, so there may be long lines, but they move quickly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. I've been going here for decades, and it's always a treat.

I’ve been here once before 3 years ago and this is my second time back here since then. I have been craving a orange/vanilla soft serve twist all summer and was super excited to have one as I remember this place has a million different flavors of ice cream. The lines were not that long at the time we arrived and I didn’t see the orange/vanilla on the menu so I panicked ordered and got a raspberry/vanilla twist instead. It wasn’t until after I received my order did I see the orange, oh well! We thought we’d stop here on our way back but the ice creams were so big we didn’t think we could do another upon our return home in 2 days. I really enjoyed my raspberry twist but I couldn’t finish it. The small was the size of a large. If they had a kiddie I should’ve ordered that. My boyfriend, who said he was only going to get vanilla because “that’s all he likes” ended up getting the cheesecake flavor and absolutely loved it! I’m glad he tried something new!

Excellent quality ice cream. Large assortment of different flavors, and they rotate the selection several times per week. The lines can be long, just be patient. Good value for the price.

Just because of the last visit. Normally awesome. We got burgers and a container of fries. The fries were basically raw and uncooked, the burger off an assembly line. Ice cream is always a plus. Sorry.. but very disappointed in the food.. probably the cook. Stick with the dessert.
