We’ve been owners at another Marriott Property for nearly 20 years. In that time we’ve visited many Marriott Vacation Club properties around the country including Hawaii. We’ve always been happy about the consistency of the brand properties and the staff service. This unblemished record ended at this property. The rooms are oddly configured and in our opinion starkly decorated. Nothing about the decor is warm and inviting. The address for this property is on Main Street yet the entrance is around the block and there are no signs to direct you there and your GPS will tell you you’ve arrived when you’re on Main Street when in fact you have not. We drove up Main Street and finally called the property only to be given directions that were of no help. We stumbled onto the property on our own. When we finally arrived to check in of course our room wasn’t ready even though we were only twenty minutes earlier than the posted check in time. When we did get our keys we loaded all of our things onto the luggage cart and proceeded from the underground parking garage to our assigned room. We then discovered that we had been put in a handicapped accessible room. Definitely not what we reserved. So I left my wife with all the luggage and trekked back to the reception desk where they scrambled to find a room that was consistent with my reservation. New room keys in hand I went back to find my wife and move to the lower floor room that we’d been given only to walk through the door and witness the aforementioned decor. We were too tired to go back and try again so we unloaded our luggage and vowed never to return. So the story ended with us going over to check out the Marriott Mountainside sister property. From the minute we walked into to reception area and then were given a tour of their accommodations we were impressed. That property is exactly what we expected from a visit to Park City. This property including the accommodations and service was not. I almost rated this property a 2 but the quality of the bedding and bedroom warranted the upgrade to a 3. This is a 3 star resort at best. It is convenient to Main Street which is not necessarily a plus.

Spent a week at this hotel. Great location for summer, and will be very awesome in winter given that the chair lift is just across the street. ||The room was nicely appointed. A bit narrow but good for 2. There was a tiny kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and tiny sink. They don’t offer daily housekeeping so make sure to bring more cofffee if you need the morning perk me up. ||There is free laundry by parking. Detergent is provided, which is great. ||The resort also offers daily activities for both adults and families. Participated in the painting activity, which was fun. ||Best thing about the hotel is the location. There is a beautiful promenade by the hotel where you can sit by outdoor fireplaces or eat at the many restaurants. We ate at the Japanese, indian and Thai restaurants, which were all good. You are also very close to Main Street, where there are tons of restaurant options and shopping. Do note that the restaurants are more expensive than others in park city, as to be expected, given the location. ||There’s a farmers market on wednesdays and a Sunday fair where there are stalls selling crafts, art, food and fashion. ||Would definitely return

Nice location on Main Street! Easy walk to most places. It was off season so a lot was closed, but it was quiet which was nice! The rooms are beautiful. Definitely a nice place to stay, and lots of accommodations! Dishes, soap, laundry, lots of towels for showers and the pool. I will say, it was a bit frustrating to find out on our arrival that the pool/hot tub was closed, as that would have been nice to know upon booking. They did allow us to use the sister hotel pool which was nice.

We had a large group including 7 kids, and were so impressed with this hotel! We had never been to Park City and didn't know what to expect but the location was amazing and walkable to everything. The pool area and common areas like the basketball court were great! There's a really pretty and peaceful Creek that runs behind the resort with a nice walking trail. Our kids spent a ton of time in the activity center and everyone was super friendly. Nicole and Beck were just two of the really awesome activity center staff that helped our kids have a great time. I can't remember his name but one activity center staff knows a lot about area hikes and he spent a lot of time giving us advice for hiking and area activities. We did one of the fitness classes with Nicoleand a lot of the activites. They were all really enjoyable and my kids really liked the crafts, snacks, magic show Jason Fun! We had a UPS package delivered that we needed pretty quickly and the front desk team went out of their way to go to the post office and get it for us. We also had requested lower level rooms close together and they did a great job accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. We will absolutely be back again!

The Summit Watch is our new favorite place to stay in Park City. It has convenient access, good parking, plenty of activities, and nice rooms. But the best part is the people. Wendy Carney has put together a great team. From our check-in at the Front Desk with Tyler and Gabriele to Peter, Nicole, Hailey, and Beck in the Silver Station and Nicole in the Fitness Center, everyone we interacted with was exemplary. Our time there was the highlight of our three-week vacation.

Great location to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. I always love when rooms have a ceiling fan! Nice kitchen area in the room. Although I didn't attend any, there seemed to be lots of activities each day. They will give you a sheet of them when you check in.

Stayed here from 6/29 through 7/2 with my husband and two sons (ages 21 and 24). The two bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed. Super easy access to Main Street where there are loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. There is a walking/biking path next to the hotel. We walked to Sammy's Bistro one night on that path and had a great dinner (including excellent gluten free options for our son!) We enjoyed the Park Silly Sunday Market while we were there as well as the town chairlifts. We also checked out Utah Olympic Park and enjoyed the bobsled experience (not for the faint of heart!!!) Would absolutely recommend and would return if we are in the area again.

I recently stayed at Summit Watch for a short trip to Park City. The exterior of the property is adorable and what ski lodge dreams are made of. If spending time on Main Street is a priority, you really can’t get a better location, and the Olympic Park is only a short drive away. The general amenities and staff were what one would expect of a MVC property; some timeshare incentives were offered, but they weren’t pushy or forceful. I was concerned about a tight parking situation based on previous reviews, but it was much better than expected and I had no issues (small SUV). ||The room appeared to have been renovated somewhat recently and was comfortable in both its size and amenities. When it came to housekeeping, the room wasn’t the cleanest; little details like crumbs on the floor, a stained / pilling duvet, and some hair on the soap pumps in the shower were noticeable. I’m not sure what year the property was built, but the building overall did feel a bit on the older side. The elevator in the Silver Nugget building was slow and often smelled of cigarette smoke / food from the previous occupant. When I arrived at 3pm, I was told my room wasn’t ready and I would receive a call shortly (the property definitely wasn't full the night before). Check-in time came and went, plus another hour, yet I never received a call. When I came back to the front desk, the agent said she had been checking back on my room and it *just so happened* to be available when I walked in... interesting thing was I didn’t deal with this agent before, and she never even asked my name to check on the room. I found the whole situation to be odd.||One thing worth noting is, during the offseason, the town is pretty dead in the mornings and evenings. Leaving Collies at 8pm on a weeknight, it felt like I was the only person left in town - the empty streets were eerie and, to be honest, a little sad. In the morning, the streets felt pretty similar; beyond people coming in / out of the Atticus coffee shop, there was practically no one in sight. I’m familiar with MVC properties and understand that their offerings tend to be limited, but this really stands out when there’s little to do in the area. I don’t know if the property and surrounding area come to life more in the winter, but I was honestly underwhelmed by the area despite fairly low expectations.

Phenomenal food and friendly, fantastic service from Sonny. The beef patty was to die for and everything else (oxtail, roti curry, jerk chicken and shrimp) was so flavorful too! We'll definitely be back soon.
