We had a fabulous time staying here! Check in was a breeze, and JJ at the counter made it easy. We needed a unit that had few/no stairs, and she accommodated us! We used the hot tub several times in the four days we were there and saw some wildlife there, too! Our unit was clean and very comfortable. The beds, bedding and pillows were amazing. We would absolutely book this again.
Very nice property for traveling with family. We had a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a very nice kitchen and living room, with a fireplace. It was perfect for us. The location is a bit far from Vail Village, so it's not optimal if you don't have a car. The pool and activities are in a different building, so that also was a bit tricky to navigate in the snow. Other than that, great property.
This resort is in a beautiful area. The town of Vail which is a short distance away was well maintained. ||The resort however is not up to the standards of a Marriott Vacation Club. Having been to many Marriott Vacation Clubs across the country we found this one to be the worst one we have been too. ||Saying that the two bedroom we are in is well stocked and the rooms appears to have some newer furniture and new carpets. The beds are very comfortable and we haven’t heard anyone else in other rooms. ||The pool however is very dirty. The drains around the pool were all backed up with murky water sitting around the drains. The pool looks very dated. The gate didn’t latch properly. And the flooring around the pool is flaking off. ||Although the rooms look nice the exterior of the resort is worn out and old. ||I would try and find a better place in Vail if you have the option. This appears to be an RCI resort rather than a Marriott Vacation Club.
Great location. Shuttle to the village. Nice river next to the building which is enjoyable while in the spa. Standard Marriott VC 2 bedroom layout. This is the best building of all of them on this property.
Amazing location to stay near Vail. The rooms are all neat and well taken care of. Everything looked almost new. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 6 people, but you could even have 8 with the sofa-bed. It’s extremely well located as you’re so near the mountain base, and a shuttle will drop you off and pick you back up multiple times during the day. You also have a jacuzzi, pool, gym, bbq, a ski and snowboard rental store… The staff is also always super helpful. Definitely a great place to stay in Vail.
Excellent accommodations and customer service. The wine tasting last evening was superb as well as Drew's attention to everyone. Quiet and well appointed rooms. A king size bed would be good.
Great stay. Clean spacious rooms. The shuttle leaves from out front every 30 minutes and takes you to either Lion’s Head or the Village.
My Mom is a Marriott Vacation Club member, which is why she picked this location for our family Easter trip. We had a situation where my ski flew off of the shuttle where it was not properly secured. I had my skis on the back of the shuttle, and when we arrived at the property, only one of my skis was there. The driver and I went back to look at the pick up location, to see if the missing ski was left behind. When we got back to the resort, my boyfriend and I looked up and down where the shuttle drove between the pick up and drop off spot. We found my ski propped up on a wood post on the side of the frontage road. Someone had saw it on the road, pulled over, picked it off the road, and propped it up. I did find there was damage on the ski and reported it to the front desk, and hoped I would receive compensation for the repairs as the damage was a result of falling off of the Marriott shuttle. I had to get my skis repaired at the shop, resulting in losing a ski day, and personal money on the repair. These were brand new skis and bindings and after communicating with Liberty Mutual, they denied my claim saying that Marriott was not responsible, and would not reimburse for the damages. The reason I write this review is because my Mom had reached out to the property GM directly, who said he would get back to her but never did. She had her own issues with a mouse in the condo and never received any acknowledgement of the situation or mine. Mistakes happen, but this is a big mistake and a very dangerous one that should be addressed. A ski flying off of a shuttle can cause serious damage and the outcome could have been much worse if the car behind us had not stopped before hitting the ski. I wish this property would acknowledge and apologize for the inconvenience that was caused, and I hope they learn from this, and look at the safety of their ski racks so this never happens again.

We stayed in a townhouse. It was perfect. Small kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds. It was less than 10 mins from the village/lift. It was very relaxing. We even called the front desk for a couple things and they were super quick to respond.
Beautiful dog park. I stopped on my travels from the West Coast to the Midwest. Not far off the freeway and very friendly locals. Beautiful spot in the valley.
I was in Vail for a work trip with several colleagues and on a day when a few of us went skiing, we all decided to meet here for lunch during the day. The location and atmosphere is amazing, with great views of the mountains. The food was really good
Vail is huge, has awesome slopes, and stunning scenery. Coming from the east coast, it was absolutely jaw dropping when we first made it to the top. Definitely agree with everyone else that it's one of the most scenic resorts in Colorado.
Decided to try something simple and delicious, Blü Cow was just the right place. Their Swiss hot dogs are yummy, along with rejuvenating Uber Soup. Friendly service.
Great Italian restaurant in Vail. Highly recommend reservations, although one can arrive early and get to snag a seat at the bar (which often has people eating there). They have a nice wine selection, which because itâs Colorado, you can take your
