Marriott's Ocean Pointe - Hotel in Palm Beach Shores - 71 S Ocean Ave, USA

Room is beautiful. Service is almost non existent, palmetto bugs and a baby roach in my room. Housekeeping did not tidy the room because we were in it even though we said they can come in, so for one day of service vs. 2. Twenty dollars a day for underground parking. Area to hotel is met with lots of police activity, and free gummies. Not ideal for families. Pool is great. Ocean side is literally the side of your room and you peek out to view a portion of the ocean. You have to take your key card everywhere everything is locked for safety.

First time visiting. Beautiful hotel with multiple pools mini golf, kids water park, bbqs, volleyball , kids club. There is some construction noise at this time depending on the area you are staying in. I heard there is a pub being build looking forward to that. Great service from Jennifer at the pool bar and Williams at the kids park w great tunes. Also there was live music island feel by the main pool. I suggest music by the pool when there is no live music. Bbq areas was great w few tables and few bbqs. Beach was super clear just a little rough this weekend which kids enjoyed w boogie boards lots of shells. We found the biggest I have ever seen. We took a picture and of course left it at beach.

We checked into our ocean view room yesterday in the Dolphin building. The view is beautiful. However, the cleanliness of our room does not meet my standards. There were hairs in the shower and soap scum on the shower doors. The floors were not cleaned sufficiently. There was garbage around the pool area. I didn’t see any hotel|Staff walking around checking the conditions. We ate a couple of basic snacks at the pool bar. They were terrible. Last year, we stayed at a Marriott in Aruba. That was a wonderful experience. After 2 days, I am confident in saying that this|will be my last stay at a Marriott timeshare unless I am in Aruba.

Robert Doering, September 7 2024 Marriott Ocean point Hotel, was clean and comfortable, but they, are rude, about their policies, I stayed at the sailfish for $364. I requested an ocean view and instead they gave me a parking lot view., I requested easy access parking and I had to park two buildings over and I had to walk through the dumpster slurry to get to the elevator and in the morning we went for breakfast and we waited at that elevator for at least 12 minutes for service personnel, and when it came time for checkout, I called to see if I can add another day or extend it for a late check out, and they refuse saying that the room was already sold, and I know for a fact, the room on either side of me had nobody in them, The only thing that was nice about the attire experience was the Jacuzzi bathtub. Other than that it was a complete waste of money. I promise I’ll never stay there again 🕳️

I recently stayed at the Marriott Ocean Pointe and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The landscaping at this resort is truly outstanding. The lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and well-maintained gardens create a serene and picturesque environment. Walking through the property felt like a peaceful retreat, with beautiful ocean views adding to the charm. However, the age of the rooms was a noticeable downside. While the common areas and exterior are well-kept, the rooms themselves could use some updating. The decor felt a bit dated, and some of the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. Despite this, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but a refresh would significantly enhance the overall experience. The resort’s amenities, including the multiple pools and fitness center, were excellent and well-maintained. Though the fitness center is very small for a resort of this size. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is also a major plus, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Overall, while the rooms could benefit from modernization, the beautiful landscaping and excellent service make Marriott Ocean Pointe a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

We spent two days at the resort it is wonderful. We had the one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Great place for kids to have fun the beach is a little rough but the pools and activities make up for it. Great for kids and toddlers as well as adults. The restaurant by the pool was good and had lots of choices and drinks. Rooms extremely clean.

Big resort-like vacation club, lots of pools, activities and oceanfront, easy beach access. Check-in was long, I had requested an early check-in since our flight arrived at 10 am, but our room was not ready until regular check-in time. (So quite long for my kids to wait, after waking up at 4 am, so best to not arrive too early). Some furniture looks worn out, but didn't bother us as much. Beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

Our family had a lot better experience this year compared to 2 years ago. Nice resort with many activities. We were able to play putt putt golf, cornhole and even s’mores for the children. Great villa rooms with great access to the grills. We had a lovely 2024 Florida vacation.
