Marriott's BeachPlace Towers - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 21 S Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, USA

Great hotel, great location! Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Clubs on the next block. Beach is steps away. Beachplace itself has lots of great places, like Hooters, Dick's, Haagen Dazs, fruit stands, market and Walgreeens or CVS. Pool has a great DJ and fun pool games. Two hot tubs. Rooms are nicely decorated and have Marriott beds. Yummy! Parking charge, but fair price. Can't park for free on the beach anyway! Staff is amazing. There is always someone fixing, cleaning, smiling and helping. This is my go to staycation spot. 5 stars every time. Pool bar is simple with good drinks and the food is great for bar food. Everyone happy at this place every time.

Absolutely great hotel in the area. Gotta start off with the rooms, rooms were extremely clean, basically spotless of any dust or gunk at all. Rooms are very spacious as well with a nice addition of a balcony for a great view of the ocean plus the nearby area. Service was amazing as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Any concerns or issues, they would come up right away and help out. The friendliness of the staff really did made me feel at home. Location of the hotel is actually the best. There is a small outside mall called “Beach Place” filled with restaurants, stores and amenities. The hotel’s easy access to the beach really did make a huge difference as we could just walk in and out from the hotel to the beach, especially a big pool on the main floor. This hotel was definitely a hotel that I would come back to for a Florida Vacation. The easy access to everything really made this a perfect spot especially for its pricing, absolutely worth it.

Amazing customer service by Gaston - he was incredibly kind polite and welcoming, while also ensuring an ocean view for us. The whole building and pool is very clean. You can hire sunbeds on the beach free of charge when staying with the hotel which was a bonus. There's free access to laundry services too! Excellent stay and we will be returning next year. Thank you so much!

10000000/10!!!! My family and I had a PHENOMENAL TIME and everyone was so nice to my brother that was in a wheelchair!!! We had THE best time with THE nicest people and such an amazing home-y and spacious room with an incredible view. We are definitely coming back again the atmosphere was fantastic.

Wanted to say this was our first visit to Fort Lauderdale as well as to this Marriott. Me and my husband travel a lot and have areas to compare to this experience. I would like to say the view was awesome the room was clean and furniture was comfortable but I have to say the associates that work there is what took it over the top. Malik at the front desk was the person who checked us in and made sure to provide us with some last minute request. He also answered a bunch of our questions with a smile and demonstrated much patience. After we checked in we went over to talk with the concierge and both Jonathon and Shaq were so helpful in giving us all the needed information for our visit as well as the surrounding areas. The service they all provided was super commendable! Nowadays its getting harder to locate people that still have a great smile and friendly attitude that is filled with customer service due to electronic devices and robots as communicators. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and hope to see you guys again when we return to Fort Lauderdale!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean front villa on the 2nd floor ( which was exactly what I requested ) . We arrived early and was able to check in early as well . Our villa was very spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a week. Great water pressure in the shower and also had a jacuzzi tub . There were two bathroom sinks with a door separating them making it easy for two people to get ready at the same time. Also equipped with a washer and dryer. The pool area had lots of lounges and more umbrellas than most resorts . However the pool could have been bigger. There was a DJ most days at the pool playing great music . I really appreciated the gentleman who made sure that the pool was safe . Especially when it came to kids. He was very professional....unfortunately I forgot his name . The employees who provided towels and beach chairs were so nice and friendly..... one offered to help us carry our chairs to the beach . I would have to say that all of the employees at this location were very friendly and accommodating. I can't say anything negative about the service. I read some negative reviews about the elevators but we did not have any issues. It took a few tries to understand that you have to swipe your room key before selecting your floor. However, I appreciated the security this provided and the laughs we had with other guests in the elevator . All in all .. we had a great stay and will definitely be back. !!!

Our last night of a five night stay. Biggest negative, Elevators were the slowest ever. (Really bad). We spent half of our time waiting on an elevator. (1 star for elevators). Rooms were clean but outdated. Not to Marriott standards. Shades in room were old and cracked. (3.5 stars for room). Staff was friendly, but was told it would cost $15 to have someone stop by and empty trash and bring in new towels. (3.5 stars for staff). Pool and Hot Tub were clean and well maintained., lots of chairs and umbrellas, all in good shape. (4 starts for pool). Location was great. Walkability was excellent. Easy access to tons of restaurants. Water Taxi is a great way to travel to Ft. Lauderdale Town. Hotel is not on beach but across the street. (4.5 stars for location). Noise level was good. In summary this was a good hotel for a stay. Not your typical Marriott Resort. With our over 1,000 nights at Marriott hotels, it would be difficult to compare to places like Aruba Surf or Ocean club, Marco Island and some other Marriott’s we have stayed in. Very good hotel, but not a resort. Still love Marriott though.

Stay away for now. The hotel is under construction. We were told it was not a problem and that we would not hear a thing. WRONG! It was literally right above us. We asked for another room and we were given one with no air conditioning. I asked for a third one and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called again and got a manager who said they would need to inspect the second room before giving us a third one. We are lifetime titanium members, meaning we have stayed in over 1000 rooms. We have never had a situation like this. Absolutely unacceptable. We have lost most of our afternoon and are still waiting on a resolution.
