This hotel is wonderfully new! The proximity to JFK is great and the rates aren’t bad for what you get. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and ensures your room is what you requested, I.e. allergy free. The bar and restaurant are a bit expensive but you pay for convenience and the food is good. The only complaint is with the airport shuttle service, they are in organized and aloof. They need to do better!
Came back to check it out cause I was thinking about renting a room and I sat down at the borrow my friend Peter and I miss Sanjae. He’s great I was offered. I’m not because of whiskey which happens to be my favorite and alongside with to get energy from him also Had the privilege of being recommended a chicken wrap which The chef Jonathan blessed and cook to perfection. When I have family and friends visiting, I will make sure that I’ll be here at this specific location to see these two.
I really enjoyed my stay here while visiting NY for the first time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions. The room was very clean and cozy. I was able to start the day with a warm breakfast, go enjoy the sites during the day, and rest comfortably throughout the night.
Fortuna in the lounge was the best experience. Clean and nice/new hotel, rates are high, but you won’t get better for your money at JFK. Keep Fortune doing her thing in the lounge. She is quite the gem. Makes you feel at home. Amazing spirit! Will be back to see her
From check-in at their beautiful lobby to the shuttle service everything was exceptional.
Traveling is stressful experience but having the small luxuries eases the journey. The staff here were friendly, the rooms were comfy and the shuttle to my terminal was timely. One of the staff even helped carry one of my bags from my room to elevator when he saw how many bags I had!
If I have to stay near JFK again this will be my hotel of choice!
Both Fortune and Devika the hospitality ambassadors were excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure your every need is cared for. We used the M Club facilities and services during our recent visit and it was a very welcoming and comfortable experience indeed after M Club services were re-started from COVID19 related pause.||Thank you Fortune and Devika for such warm and pleasant experience.
We were placed in this hotel by our airline as it was cancelled and I cannot say anything bad about it.
The staff were AMAZING, every single one we encountered- they were happy to answer any questions or queries we had and did so with a smile.
You can tell they enjoy working there or with each other as they were always smiling.
Great location and the shuttle bus was FAB.
Gym was brill and the food was outstanding!
It's a new hotel, rooms are modern, clean. The problem was the service. We stayed the three nights and we got our sheets and room made up once. Nothing on the first day, I had to ask the second day and then nothing again on the last day. Really poor service. We would stand at the check-in desk for minutes before somebody would even show up. There is a small bar / lunch area, terrible service there as well with a coffee that was $6
