The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn’t have much interaction with the front desk because we really didn’t need anything. The limited interaction we had with them was pleasant. The only complaint that I had was the cleaning staff didn’t replace our ice bucket liner and we left the bucket out on the desk area with the top off so they would see it was used but when we got in that night it was still where we had left it. The whole bar staff was phenomenal. Lily, Jessica, and Caesar were wonderful. Dana and Nico were superb! I could go on for days about the service that Nico provided us. He was such a sweetheart and we appreciate that they took the time to learn my husbands and my name. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

This hotel has a great location near Watters Creek. I also really like the pool/outdoor area and the way the garage has access to every floor. ||||Beyond that, it is OK at best. ||||The room layout makes the restroom be an abnormally large percentage of the footprint. But the restroom is no more functional than normal because of it. No full length mirrors. And — worst of all — the AC is very heavily restricted, so it cannot be turned down to what I consider comfortable…plus, the fan will not continuously run, so the room goes dead silent. ||||So this was the worst sleep I have had in a hotel as long as I can remember. The did provide a fan after hunting one down. Front desk said they had had a lot of requests, so this much be a common complaint. ||||A day of housekeeping with kisses without explanation as well. ||||Staff is courteous, which I do appreciate. But I won’t stay here again.

Fantastic hotel experience here! The staff were all smiling and friendly, hotel and room were very clean and large, and a great location. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel so you don’t have to valet, which I love. I ate in the restaurant once for dinner and it was enjoyable and I wish I would have gone to breakfast. Maybe next time! Can’t wait to stay here again!

I would have scored this higher if not for the fact that we paid a third party website for breakfast and dinner and the hotel had no idea what we were talking about. By the time they agreed to sort dinner out for us, we could not take advantage of the offer so our highest payment was a waste of money. Other than the above frustration, the hotel was very decent with good breakfast and a nice location.

I stayed there 7/28-31. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. Staff would not clean my room even after being asked. I had to call multiple times to get new towels. The bed was not comfortable. The toilet in my room constantly made the flushing noise. It would be extremely hot then extremely cold in my room- even when I would change the thermostat. To top it off I accidentally left a pillow in my room- and it mysteriously disappeared. It was an expensive pillow that looked nothing like the ones in the room- it was stolen and they have done nothing to fix. I will NEVER stay here again.

I don't know how this hotel won hotel of the year. The rooms were not worth the nightly rate. Was there for a business convention, packing for guests was expensive. Beds were rock hard and the pillows were weird. No microwaves in the rooms and was told there weren't any for guests even in the lobby. Later find out they actually had one in the lobby. The Tv was out for two days, in room phone only worked on speaker. We also ordered room service that never came. It was not a room that we could relax in at all unfortunately. If it wasn't for the convention on location I would have selected a different hotel

Rooms are nice with modern smart TVs, the bathroom was nice & modern with both a overhead & wall faucet in the shower. Only negative for the room was that the AC cannot be manually kept on which is a bit annoying as I like to be able to sleep with the fan running, but not a deal breaker. Parking was a bit confusing at first because there are no signs & no valet, but you park in the structure behind the hotel. You can park on any of the floors & then take your luggage to the front desk where you will pay for parking (19 per night) and they will give you a ticket to put in your car. You could also just park in front of the hotel, check in and then go park but there was very little area to park in front of the hotel. Staff were nice both at front desk and whoever I'd run into in the halls. I did not try the restaurant or bar but there were a good amount of people in both every time I walked by. There is also a bunch of restaurants (PF Chang, Panera, Cheesecake Factory, Grimaldis, etc) right across the street so easy walk if you want an actual established restaurant.

The service at the restaurant was terrible. The employees were very rude, the soft drinks were watered down and the tea tasted muddy. We ordered chicken tenders and they were completely raw. We did receive a discount but this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. The rooms are fine, clean and pretty nice. The staff is the problem.
