Marq Eight - Apartment complex in Atlanta - 8 Perimeter Center E, USA

I had a wonderful experience touring with Branson. He was very patient with all of my questions and even took time to help me figure furniture placement for the living room. He was very thorough explaining all details of the complex where I didn’t have any questions for him at the end of the tour. Great Job Branden and it was a pleasure meeting you.

Our experience here has been fantastic! We toured a lot of complexes in the Dunwoody area and kept coming back to this one. We toured 3x to make sure it would be the right fit for us and each time it felt like the red carpet was laid out for us. Fast forward a few months this is now home. The experience so far has been great. Branden and the rest of the staff is AMAZING! Branden has a great agent for internet who match the exceptional customer service Marq Eight provides. The complex is clean and maintained. The parking garage feels safe. The maintenance team is prompt and friendly. The location is very walkable. The neighbors are very nice! I would definitely recommend Marq Eight

I've had the pleasure of calling this apartment home for the past 10 months, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to various amenities and services. One thing that stands out is the exceptional maintenance service – they're always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues. The sense of community here is something I deeply appreciate. Neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. As a non-smoker, I particularly love the fact that it's a smoke-free area, making the environment clean and pleasant. The icing on the cake is the well-maintained pool area. It's a delightful oasis where I've spent countless relaxing hours. All in all, this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations in terms of location, maintenance, community, and the lovely pool. I'm truly glad I chose to live here.

Over my three years staying at the Marq Eight, I can truly say I have enjoyed myself. The property is very well kept. The staff is responsive, personable, and pleasant, especially Brandon. He made sure all of my request were handled properly and timely. He even followed up to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction. He’s very thorough and really cares about his tenants. That’s rare this day and time. He’s truly a gem and I appreciate his great work ethic.

My family is very grateful to the entire Marq Eight team who helped us and treated us so kindly at the beginning of the year. Our stay has been wonderful in this place where tranquility and comfort have accompanied us from day one.

Overall, this complex is OK but tenants and some other things leave a lot to be desired. Lots of residents leave large scale trash (old furniture for example) by the trash chute which is meant for regular garbage bags. It makes the place look like a dump when you're riding through the garage. And there are signs about the trash chute policy but folks don't care. Sometimes, actual trash will just be laying there as well which is nasty. Neighbors are hit or miss. My neighbor slams their front door like they're trying to see if they can break it off the hinges. The walls literally shake. I'm in a top floor unit and I can hear that neighbor stomping around in their unit. It sounds like someone is here with me. I can only imagine how much worse it is for the poor souls that live underneath them. Thankfully, they no longer yell since they realized we can hear it through the walls so maybe they slam the door now as payback. Bottom line, this complex wasn't built to be soundproof, I can guarantee that. Things take a LONG time to be fixed around the complex. Building 2 elevator has been out for weeks, building 2 had no cool air in the vents all summer, gym AC not working most of the summer, etc. Maybe Building 1 is better, I don't know Lastly, I really appreciate Marq 8 staff but my biggest issue is that they give no advanced notice about planned work. For example, on Friday they'll let us know that cars need to move from the top deck on Monday or we'll be towed. What if we were out of town? That's not enough time and I would hate to come back to find my car was towed with only 2 day notice. On the bright side, I enjoy my actual apartment and every time we dealt with maintenance they were very responsive and cordial. Big W for having an onsite courtesy officer!!!! Please don't EVER get rid of that. The area is in a fantastic location and in general it's quiet when it needs to be.
