This is a tough one to star because the shops and center itself are great. The traffic is terrible. There's ample parking, but getting back out of the more popular area can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially because many Floridians don't understand the purpose of stop signs. That, or they simply don't care. My advice: avoid prime time hours
A great assortment of shops, lots of parking, many restaurants to select from with a wide variety of food choices. They also have some great social places around here and I have always enjoyed shopping. It is a little busy so be cautious parking and driving lots of turns and vehicles coming and going.
Many stores but most didn't appeal to me. Good Feet Store, Hop Doddy Hamburgers and Milkshake Bar were my focus. I'm happy with all 3. The Diablo Burger was the highlight of my day

This place is one of the most enjoyable shopping areas in Jacksonville Florida. There are many restaurants and shops of every kind... and even a massive Costco to keep you busy. I work in an office building not too far from this area and enjoy a daily walk to the shopping and fun, as a break in my busy day. There is always an excuse to come here and spend some time, even if you just grab a Starbucks Coffee people watch and stroll sidewalks... it's a great place to be.
The only fancy mall in Jacksonville area. By the way, traffic was worse than horrible!!!
