Market Street Inn - Featured Reviews (36)
Located on the luxurious Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort property and in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Superior amenities, family friendly and great for a romantic getaway. The Market Street Inn can accommodate almost any budget. This is a private, luxury vacation condo resort. Security at the front entrance, officers & sheriff patrols, individual code access required to enter building & private parking garage for guests only. Stunning pool and outdoor area. Barbecue grills are available for guests use near the pool and on the green space. Beautiful green space area with thick, soft, thick grass and for dogs to play and potty. Puppy poop bags are available for free, and there has never been any dog poop left on the grass throughout my 9 vacations. All guests treat each other like friends & neighbors. There is a sense of community and pride in maintaining the pristine outdoor space. The majority of condos offer private balconies and pool grounds level, which is actually the second floor, have private patios with white picket fence and gate for private guests access. The level of amenities, the beauty, and the sense of being in a small, exclusive village resort community is amazing.
The bed was small and uncomfortable. We noticed some repair issues and ceiling issues that looked like mold. Some of our dishes had not been cleaned prior to our use. We got low on towels over the week and toilet paper. The location is great though and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
It was nice! I loved how my hotel looked just like an apartment or townhome. I could walk out to my patio to the pool that was nice. The only complaint was that people had their babies with their diapers in the pool so I didn't want to use the pool but laying out was just fine.
There is a fatal flaw in this otherwise beautiful setting. The air conditioning system for the adjacent convention center literally roars 24/7, making the use of the pool area and pool side balconies a total disappointment. I'm hearing impaired, so I can only imagine how loud it would be for everyone with normal hearing.
Oddly, the pool area lacked even a single umbrella, making it unusable for those that require some shade.
We stayed in unit 441, which was more than adequate. The sleeper sofa could use some cleaning. A crazy mix of lighting employed bright white and warm white fixtures that will not please those that prefer warm lighting.
The grounds throughout the Sandestin Resort are immaculate, providing a very pleasant setting for walks and biking.
The Baytowne Wharf retail shops are standard tourist traps. The restaurants are unremarkable and expensive. We tried several and were consistently disappointed.
The golfing venues are well designed and maintained for challenging levels of play.
The traffic on Hwy 98 is absolutely awful. It definitely influenced our choices for dinner or recreation, but they should finish the widening within a year or two.
Overall, we will look elsewhere for a vacation destination in the future.
We stayed in the building closest to the Grande Sandestin, it was quiet despite proximity to the late night areas. Everything in the Baytowne Wharf area is begining to look old and tired. Was surprised to see the poor maintenance of the exterior. Our room was clean and adequate (yet in need of a major refresh - worn trim and dated paint)
Our son got this place for us to stay. Very clean and roomy. Plenty of eating places, shopping places and entertainment for the kiddos. Close to the beaches but traffic and parking were a little ruff. We all had a great time.
Inside Baytown Wharf. Studios are nice. Pool and gym are top notch great views. Recommend if you need somewhere to stay for a few days.
Extremely hard to find .terrible directions.

The Summit was the perfect location, great view from our room. The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and the shuttle was a nice way to come back. Only things that could be impr
Some of the front desk staff were not friendly at all and did not acknowledge/ greet guests upon walking in or checking out. The house keeping staff were not friendly either . House keeping is complementary so if you need your room serviced, you have
We had a beachfront condo rental during the Fourth of July week, and we couldn't have made a better decision to stay here! It made for easy access to and from the house for food and drinks as well as bringing beach equipment out.

Amazing shopping place near the beach and in the resort. The prices are pretty high end but quality is good of most items.
There is a variety of shops, on Saturday there is a farmers market with local products. There is also a cinema
