I absolutely loved this place! 5 stars all around. Will did a fabulous job making us feel welcome as well as offering suggestions. Our coffee cups never got less than half-empty. The food was AMAZING! I will be back for sure, and hopefully, it is on Sunday brunch because it sounds super promising!
We arrived around 10am, were promptly greeted, and shown to our table by a friendly waiter. The waiter also was very informative about the food and our service was quick. The food was excellent! We had strawberry waffles and a Hoedown, both easily worth driving 35 - 40 minutes to enjoy. There were only a few occupied tables when we walked in but by the time we left almost all of the tables filled up and the service appeared to be just as quick and friendly. Bravo Market Street Cafe, we'll be back.
Amazing local spot where everything on the menu tastes incredible. They have weekly specials, a pickle pickle bar, and SO many menu options. Everyone that works there is super friendly and nice. My wife and I went around bunch time and I got the blueberry lemon curd waffles. Oh so good! We will definitely be back.
Everyone was so friendly and the food was soooo good. Had to hit a little happy dance with my French toast! And pickle bar was cool
My Mom and I visited for my 1st time and this place is a DEFINITE RECOMMEND!!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the inside was very clean and inviting, the art and decor were very eye catching and fascinating, the food was PHENOMINAL AND BEAUTIFUL, the music was great!!! This is my new FAVORITE SPOT TO EAT!! WAY TO GO YALL!! 👍👍
Went for brunch and was recommended by my Aunt who lives nearby. Very calm and quiet little restaurant that might have once been a convince store/gas station. Didn't matter but we were greeted given a choice of table or booth and our server was on top of it that day. She had recommendations (great for me who doesn't always know what to get) but they have a unique menu which are TVs on the wall because they change it constantly what's on the menu. Food wait was standard and they make their own bread fresh as well as some of their pickles. Food was great and filling! We got desert to which was packed ready to go incase you want to take it and it was really good! Definitely glad I went here on a recommendation and plan to come back again!
First time here and we will be coming back! Awesome food and very good service! Had a hard time ordering because every thing looked so good! We each had a different plate of food and shared! So good!! Thank you to a wonderful staff for making our girls trip complete!♡
Great all around- food, service, and ambience. We had the Gramma's orchard salad- half portion, avocado toast, fried pickles and artichokes, and market veggie. All were beautifully prepared and presented.

We loved this little bar! The bartender Reuben, was awesome! They had a good selection of beers, including craft beers. We were each able to find a beer we hadn't tried yet. They also had some good whisky's so had to end with an angel's envy!
I went to Commerce Cafe for a late afternoon cup of their wonderful coffee. I also ordered the popovers (when was the last time, if ever, that you've seen popovers on a restaurant menu?) They are wonderful, served with savory butter and shredded gruy
Really good food, the chips and queso was the best Iâve had in a long time. Sourdough buns on the burgers were nice. Careful if you get boneless wings, they basically come out as chicken tenders.
Wow! Just wow! We've been to the Black's in Austin, and it was really good. But this one in Lockhart was just amazing! All we had was the brisket and the sausage and it was the best BBQ ever! Sorry for all the exclamation points. I usually think th
